Had a bit of trouble with the electronic door key, though help was quick and got it resolved.

Good price, tidy room, comfortable bed, just enough amenities, quite nice breakfast including eggs bacon waffles cereal coffee, and super pleasant service people. Fridge coffee maker and microwave in the room. Parked right outside the door.

There was no shower bar to get in and out and my elderly mother had trouble. The breakfast was just ok, not much flavor. The second day of our stay, housekeeping didn't bother to make the beds and didn't replenish the toiletries.

The beds were very comfortable and the updates to the bathroom were nice. Good water pressure.

Lack of respect. They let a refrigeration semi idle right outside our door from midnight until 6am when we left because we could not sleep. We told the man at the desk about the truck idling and he said there was nothing he could do. We asked for a refund because we had no sleep. He said they could not do that. They refused to get us in contact with the general manager. They actually refused! So, either their manager does not know how the staff is running things or the manager is behind it. We left our number for them to give to the manager but so far no call. They said they have a contract with the trucking company and the refrigeration truck had product on it so it had to run. The truck would periodically shut off and then shortly thereafter restart and rev up so it was not a continual hum. It was continual stopping and restarting all night long right outside our door and these people refused to refund our money.

We like the fact that we have many more options and we will never have to stay here again

The room was not very clean. The toilet did not flush which was a huge problem. We arrived late and there were no other rooms available. We were credited a small amount $ back for the inconvenience. But seriously-they need to step up their cleaning routine throughout the entire place-and make sure things are working! Breakfast area was a mess and very unkept:(

The only thing I don’t like about the property is the platform for the bed if you move during the night it sounds like your mattress is on top of metal.

the smell of the room was absolutely disgusting. we’ve stayed in pet rooms across the country and this was the worst by far. the smell of urine and ammonia literally made my eyes water when we opened the door to the room. when I went to the front desk about it, the guy looked kind of confused and just stayed all pet rooms smell that way.

Sheets we not clean, hair and black fuzz all over. Wondered if they had been washed/changed. We asked for clean sheets and we’re told to come get them. We did and we changed them. Floor near bed was dirty, had not been vacuumed for a while, Bobbie pin and other pieces of lint on floor near head of bed. Bathroom ceiling full of peeling paint. Breakfast “hot” food was cold. For the money, this was most certainly not worth it.
