We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United States of AmericaSome of the amenities were not up to par. The mattress could be replaced, it was very worn. The air conditioner didn't seem to work properly. it could be the thermostat since it said it was 27 degrees in the room, but it was stuffy. Finally, it seemed that someone set up one of the tvs to be in Spanish because all the channels were dubbed and since they limit the remote, I could not access the set up function to fix it......oh, and there was no extra bedding for the fold out.

United States of AmericaI had sent a request for an early check in as I was driving 6 hours then needed to be at the cemetery by 4. I never heard back. I arrived around 11 to ask if I could check in early and they told me it would be $50. I decided to go to a movie and sleep. When I showed up a 3 to check in, they sent me to a room that was just starting to get cleaned. So they gave me another room. I had to take a fast shower and found out that the hair dryer didn't work so I went to the service with wry hair. Not very happy. The hotel is so externally beautiful that it is sad they upgraded the rooms like a motel 6. Modern/ cheap.
The grounds were beautiful, the location was very good.

United States of AmericaI don't like how the rooms bathrooms and tubs always look dirty. The whole property needs to be renovated, the property need to be cleaned. The laundry rooms need to be cleaned and or renovated as well. The whole experience was an alright time, but the property was just disappointing to me. I really expected more and the pictures do not look like the actual property. They have people living in the hotel rooms and hang out outside all hours of the night, there were kids running around with no adult supervision. There are just so many things that i did not like and or felt comfortable with while i stayed there. I would like to continue to stay there but if im going to get charged all this money to stay there, then that money should be used to update the entire property. The focus so much on the floors, and the bed itself, but they should really focus on the entire facility and get rid of all of the garbage that surrounds it.
I like that everything was pretty easy to check in and out. I like that most of the rooms were updated and look more decent.

United States of AmericaThere is a lot of deferred maintenance. The towels are cheap and not plush. The bed needs a topper. The pillows are cheap and are too bulky and they are not soft enough or flat enough. It looks like a lot of homeless people live there. It looks like it might be under new management as there were workers dressing things up. Some rooms have been mostly remodeled and newer furniture. I bought two rooms for my kids and I so it was affordable. But it looks like I could have paid a lot less directly.

IrelandThe hotel overall needs to be refreshed, from the furniture to the appliances and beyond. The furniture was clearly very old and had bad smells, our bathroom tap was broken, microwave was old and rusted, there’s only 2 sun loungers at the pool which were very dirty - the hotel has so much potential but unfortunately just seems to not be taken care of. No where in the hotel felt very clean (rooms, lobby, breakfast room, pool, restrooms near the pool).
The location was good (we had a car so it was easy to get to and from the hotel). Rooms were big and the property has more than one entrance so no need to walk through lobby all the time.
