Ventilation system had a mind of its own so room was cold then suddenly stuffy. Woke up feeling congested. Breakfast was bland.

Convenient and great value. Loved that the rooms do not have carpeting.

Everything was clean, staff was friendly breakfast tasted very good, was hot and breakfast nook was clean. My 5 yr old loved the pool and lilly pads. Hotel graciously accommodated my request for late checkout with no problem.

Had a room on 1st floor near front desk/pool/lounge & it was extremely loud and busy. Heard people all night in the hallways, and in rooms next to us and even above us. Very thin walls! The pool was so packed we were standing just to watch kids play in pool. Hallways and room floors needed vacuumed, and should probably just be ripped out. Very outdated and only 2 flimsy pillows on each bed!!!

The beds were surprisingly very comfortable considering they were small mattresses in height. Very hot water for shower next day, good breakfast, and location was good.

Rooms were not serviced during our stay. When I asked the front desk after the first night's stay they informed me that basic service was only done on request and pointed out a flimsy print out that the night clerk failed to provided during check-in. The corporate door hanger in the room stated that room cleaning could be cancelled for the day if hung but otherwise would be provided. Since we needed toilet paper and clean towels we did not put out the door hanger from the room. The staff was really snotty about the total lack of service when I asked for clarification. The room also was in really rough shape (torn curtains, banged up corners, etc.) and the heater was really loud. I will select a newer/remodeled hotel during future visits to Bismarck.

Breakfast was great! Lots of choices and good quality food. Ample dinning room space in an nice pleasant atmosphere. The staff also provided free drink coupons for each night.

The window frame was filthy and broken. Water from the adjacent room came into our room and clearly had been an issue in the past, based on the floor and baseboard trim. The breakfast was skimpy and not very good.

Noise from parties and kids running up and down the hall for hours. Pool is a mess when we try and relax for awhile.

We come to Bismarck once a month to go shopping and dining. Breakfast is okay and staff is pleasant.

We had a handicapped room right next to one of the executive suites. One of the few mornings we could sleep in they started around 6:30 using the suite for a dressing room for a bridal party. And they were loud, very noisy. When my wife asked where the luggage carts were the staff told her that somebody must have kept them in their rooms. Very inconsiderate !! We will be keeping one if we use one in our rooms from now on.

Wasn't as clean as I expected. There was gum on the floor. Also there wasn't any convenient places to plug your phone in by the bed. Ended up using the drop cord they had the lamps plugged in to

This hotel is in need of an update screens have holes as do window coverings, doors don't lock tight on the entrance question security as door into room had to be pulled on to lock shut.

Room was large, beds we're good, pool is a very nice size, breakfast had hot food.

The room was dirty. The tub had hair and grime in it and the water wouldn’t drain so I was unable to shower. They did give me $20 off but I think the fact I couldn’t use shower at all should have been worth more.

The outside of the hotel was not well kept. The rear entrance door had overflowing trash and a boarded up glass. However, the room was clean and comfortable.
