Parking was restricted in areas due to construction. It was bearable because was notified by the hotel and booking site .

Good location . There's so many things within walking distance. Walked to Publix and if you have pleasure time there is variety nightlife. Once renovation is over this will definitely be excellent. If you're looking for a clean comfortable room and can over look the construction I recommend this hotel. I had a double bed suite with a sleeper couch . I would stay at hotel again.

The common areas were ugly, I want to believe because the constructions.

The room was great but the common areas were ugly, that was because they were in construction. I hope next time it’ll be better and better. I really enjoy the room and the location is great!

These shared outdoor walkways are the old, basic style, which tells you the hotel was just like a pit stop hotel at some point. They try to hide it with a building in front, where they've created a lobby, but even the lobby is ... weird. One guy smoked cigarettes constantly on the shared walkway right outside our room. My room smelled like cigarette smoke as soon as I walked in and it didn't ever go away. It's supposed to be "nonsmoking facilities." I mentioned it immediately to the receptionist, he was apologetic and gave me some spray that is supposed to not leave a smell. It made the room smell better for a short time, but the cigarette smoke permeated everything. I was here to teach a dance class with my partner around the corner in downtown Hollywood, so it was well-located, but honestly I think I would have preferred a better hotel elsewhere.

The rooms seem to be refurbished. They seemed clean, although the rooms were dark so it's hard to tell.

Room was filthy , I was afraid as ever parking in the garage had to Cary mase , crack heads, prostitution, hanging in the hall ways I didn’t even stay the whole night checked in and left 2 hours later . Sheets had stains dirt on floor filthy couch all kinds of things.

I get their renovation is going on but it was very unsafe , no railing parking garage was like dump. Inside of the room was clean , but a lot of shady people around. I won’t go back for sure. Elevator sucked ass, stairs was dirty. I paid and checked a few hours later. Terrible place

Place is under renovation. Had to pay for parking. Also under renovation. Very difficult. Room was clean but the room door doesn’t fit. Lot of light around the door.

The pictures on this site ARE NOT THE REAL ROOMS ! The smell of mold was so bad I couldn’t stay in the room for more than 5 minutes , blood on the counters , feces around toilet AND we got stuck in the elevator for 45 minutes , fire department had to get us out , it was burning hot ! They wouldn’t give me a refund and basically said oh well

They should say before hand that it's being renovated and adjust the price accordingly. It looked horrible when we got there. No elevator and construction was all over the place

The hotel is under renovation and should be closed during. We walked up 5 flights in a flooded hallway stairs as the elevator was broke . The area in our room by window was soaked and the room was outdated . Bathroom had discussing hair draped across toilet and also the sink area . My husband had to drive to hotel after I booked to see if it was open as no one answered numerous calls . We we’re not ready to check in yet but he had to see if even open for the money we spent ! I really think the hotel should have discounted due to these circumstances ! Parking garage was flooded also with construction all over

the front desk lady Faye very rude and unprofessional the manager also rude and unprofessional the cleaning lady's very nosy talk about people and jus rude and nasty oh and 2 of my rooms there were termites everywhere another room none of the outlets work another room the drawers were nailed shut and 2 other rooms did not lock
