I stay in 4 floor and the hallways smells so bad all the time

Room was not what we reserved on the first night…they moved us the next day to the oceanfront room. Room was old, furniture was really worn out, bathroom was small and not well maintained, grout very dirty and tiles were loose. Also, the elevators were a nightmare. They only had 2 elevators working and they were ridiculously crowded as well as having to constantly wait for them.

The beach was nice.

When we got there at 8:30 pm our room wasn’t ready, they gave us a room that wasn’t ocean view( that I paid for) there was no restaurant/bar open except for the little cafe downstairs (which was good)

The property isn’t bad just need some improvements. The first night I stayed in my room I noticed the shower heads were not in good shape so the next morning I asked for them to be replaced. They were never replaced the entire week stay which would have at least made me happy and the next upcoming guest happy as well. Also room service came and cleaned the room every day which was good but they always took my wash rags and towels and never replaced any each day for 5 days. I even left a tip hoping that would help but all I got was a TY note from room service but not towels, wash towels and large towels. I had to go down to the reception desk each night and get them. Other than that the hotel was ok.

It was close to the beach and every morning I woke up I saw the water. I love being close to the ocean.

Got a door dente on the passager door and the valet tried to say it wasn’t done with them except we gave the car 10 min to check out when we got to the car there it was.

The room was like motel. Dirty bathroom. Broken sink. Had to request to change the room. However, according to the reception “they were sold out”.

Room, was so run down no place to eat

Resort, run down, clean, but no places to eat, only pizza place, which was good, and pool bar, was okay. Room was clean, but so outdated.. Pool and beach area were nice

Everything was dirty in the oceanfront view room. The fridge in the room nasty, the bed post was dusty, and night stands too. One of the towels in the room was dirty. (Yuck!) I didn't sit on the sofa in the room. It looked like they found it on the side of the road and placed it in my room. The drinks from the poolside bar were weak, and you'll be better getting your alcoholfrom outside and making your own drinks. The food was a waste of time. This entire hotel needs a major renovation!!

Love the ocean views from the room, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The staff was nice very helpful.

Arrived at 8.00 pm Saturday night no bars open no food available apart from In a corridor in the basement is a Pizza guy he served decent wine by the bottle or glass / his pizza was ok ish, was not expecting this after a long travelling day. The tv doesn’t work, the rooms on the 9th floor are clean but so dated, they use a top sheet on top of the duvet / no cover, and the noise from neighbours in high heels click clacking all night needless to say never again. It was clean but that’s it.

This is the type of hotel you stay at for a short period. The staff is rude and unpleasant. They prefer to have conversations with their employees then attend to guests. The bell hop has a trolly for the suitcases but rather us drag each suitcase to a storage room. We had 7 bags total. I’ve stayed at other hotels, the bell hop is more accommodating. To use the beach, we had to pay individually for chairs and umbrellas. The rooms were decent, the elevators don’t work properly.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. It’s a 10 min car ride to Aventura Mall. I only recommend this hotel if you are staying ONE night before boarding a cruise.

The breakfast is not included, so there is a problem with Booking and the hotel. Secondly, they don’t clean the rooms every day. I had to call them to clean my room. Finally, the elevators were broken and the staff didn’t deal with the problem.

Several times I had to ask for my room to be made up when it wasnt Several times I asked for two lidgts to be fixed. The dek said they would send the engineer up but he never came

The employees have no respect for the guest, they speak to you in a harsh manner, or with a rather high tone of voice, they hit the card or papers on the counter, they do not return the deposit, there is no security, I will open the door to the room and when they leave You communicate it, they act oblivious and change the subject. People from outside enter and disguise themselves as hotel employees to rob or assault you in your room. Also some employees receive money from any improper proposal to harm the guest. Safety is of utmost importance for guests in a hotel.

Booked and paid for 3 people. Hotel even charged extra for different fees. But first night only two towels and 2 bottles of water. Was told have to go down to front desk to pick up the towels. 2nd days, not towels no water........... Maid brought the towels and gave a dirty look!!

Our room had very few outlets so I had to work from on top of the stove on my laptop. The pool is not heated, which I forgot so I can't stay there anymore as my little girl gets too cold. We should have got a room on the South Side

The Hotel is quite old and the lobby smells like cigarettes. Bathrooms could have been better. The pool was closed also the staff at beach towel services was not friendly and quite ignorant. Hotel does not provide free beach chairs

I was disappointed that breakfast was not included. Extremely disappointed that my television was not hooked up, and was very small. The desk clerks were very friendly, and helpful.

Booked 2 rooms beside each hotel other with a partial view of the beach. When we got there we were told we were getting an upgrade. We were on city side on the 4th floor in a newly remodeled room. Our friends were on the 10th floor city side in a room that was not nice at all. Where was the upgrade?

Right on the beach. Beautiful hotel with an amazing history.
