Valet parking is a disaster. We had to wait for more than 45 minutes to get our car, they were understaffed and it would be nice if I had the ability to pay and park by myself without waiting for so long. During our stay, there was remodeling in the rooms on the floor above ours. That was impossible to handle this kind of noise.

outdated and somewhat run down. there was a section in the floor that seemed like it had been raised and had molding on it that was a tripping hazard. the floor around the balcony seemed soft like it had water damage.

Paying for the valet parking was highly disorganized. Some front desk staff were untrained and one of them questioned what I was telling her and decided to verify it with the valet because she did not believe me that I only planned to park my car for one night. It was a rental and I didn’t have it for my entire stay. I should say that when I told this story to other staff in the hotel, they couldn’t figure out why she behaved that way. She insisted that I must have parked there previous nights which wasn’t true. Very poor customer service from this person. I wished room service was more frequent and some restaurants on the property were open.

I chose this property for the location, it’s convenient to the person I was visiting. It is on the beach and close to Aventura Mall. Pool and access to the beach were great, the room was comfortable.

My hotel room was 80 degrees the air conditioner was not working. I had to call 3 times nothing was done until I went to the lobby then was moved to another hot room that smelled of chemicals and paint I returned to the lobby and asked to please be moved They finally moved me again by then it was about 1:30 in the am.

The Valet.. When you pull up you sir. have a chance to retrieve your belongings because they almost jump in, my first day I forgot things in my car because I was being rushed… You have to wait almost 40 minutes to bring it back to get the things you forgot… They looked through my belongings on the side door and under my seat

The rooms were not cleaned every day, only every three days. Although The hotel is located on the beach, there was no way to sweep up the sand in the room to keep it tidy. Some of the kitchen items were lacking like cleaning supplies to wash the dishes. It was difficult to access the pool area without an elevator. Essentially you couldn’t get to the beach without going through the pool area. You had to valet the car, and pay for parking $25 a day but I believe that is standard practice in that area.

there were a lot of amenities and the beach was beautiful. The refrigerator was a full-size fridge and freezer. There were shops located downstairs as well as a pizza parlor. We stayed in September, and we had a very restful and peaceful evening on the comfortable beds.

The room did not have a safe as advertised and charged (one was installed on day 2, but there was none on day 1 and the hotel refused to return the extra amount that they charge for having a safe). The valet parking takes an average of 30 minutes to bring your car from the lot (across the street). There is no room cleaning under the excuse of the pandemic. Yet no employee wears a mask or practices social distancing. Is it that dangerous for them to clean a room while the guests are gone? This is August 2022. Pandemic or not, a room with a full kitchen is more of a health hazard if it is filthy than if it is cleaned. We cleaned the room ourselves.

Dated bathroom, cleaning is every 3 days. Pillows could have been better. Curtain needs to close fully however on 5th floor so doesn't matter, security/ contractor came into room without early notice wanting to fix balcony partition that was pending.

Beach next door, cooking facilities with cuttleries, bus stop on the door step, Aventura Mall approx. 5 to 10mins by bus. Restaurants and shops nearby.

Some of the charges was not declared at booking time,,, very bothersome to know at check in time + a must valet parking fees

Access to beach was a big sale out,,, rooms beds are comfortable,,, kitchenette was great convenience,,, cleaning was so poor and not enough towels ,,,, valet was too slow to bring the car upfront

The fact that I had to valet park my car. Some of the staff where not very friendly and at times we had to wait for longer period of time to get car. There was one young lady in particular who was not friendly.
