I was unable to reach any staff members about our stay because the number provided went straight to voicemail. We showed up to an unlocked room with a broken key, so we had no way to lock our door when we would leave . They also claim to refund your deposit within 3-5 business days after checkout but I had to call numerous times to receive it 10 days later!

We got a phone number to contact to totally randomly, thanks to someone staying there, as they’re contact info provided wasn’t useful. Poor communication. Very poor customer service and value for money. Tried emailing Regal Stays several times and had no response. The TV remote batteries were dead so was unable to use it, the listing said a hairdryer was provided and it was nowhere to be seen. The apartment has some amenities for cooking but not enough to make a real meal in the kitchen. It also wasn't the cleanest when I arrived either. The building it was in had a very unpleasant and very strong chemical smell and the building only had one functioning lift when I arrived and the stairwells were disgustingly dirty. They also ignored my email about returning my deposit as it hadn't been returned, thankfully now it has but from other reviews, they seem to not always return it.

The apartment as a whole was really nice, super spacious and had a really comfy bed. The building was overall secure. But more bad than good with his place. This place was okay for a few days as a place to crash while exploring Dallas. I would be hestitabt to stay here again, especially with the company Regal Stays

We accidentally left several bags of laundry behind and couldn’t get in touch with anyone to have them returned. This was our fault, though, so no hard feelings.

We only had 1 towel for two people. There were no extra blankets. Couch was very uncomfortable to sit on. The window shade was broke so we could not close it to keep the sun out. Needed the blind close to sit on the couch while the sun was shining through the large window. Also, did not like the smell of weed through out some of the halls as your are walking.

The place was spacious, great location to the convention center. The place was quiet and really private.

Tv remote was dead, so no tv and there was barely any toilet paper when we arrived . Not very convenient for the location . We ended up just staying one night . Loft apartment was kind of chilly with the temps outside

I didn't like that the entertainment areas, like the game room and the cinema were closed. The bed in second bedroom had dirt stains on the sheets. Our next door neighbors had that whole little hallway smelling like marijuana, which if it were just me and my hubby, I wouldnt have minded. However, I had my kids with me, so yea it bothered me! There was also broken shade in master bedroom but that wasn't really a big deal!

I absolutely loved the view. The beds were super comfortable and the apartment was very well equipped. I specially loved the fact that it had washer and dryer in unit. I was able to do laundry during my stay. I loved that there was free valet parking and the way u ask for your vehicle is extremely convenient.

that i did not get a towel not even one and we where 2 people, ending up to go to a super market to buy us 2 new towels the building in the front door side was very dirty and homeless people just sleeping in front of the doors evert night was not good at all

Homeless people around. Not safe to go out in the evening. A crazy neighbour upstairs worked out to ear-splitting music at 4:30 or 5:00 am every morning. No hairdryer. The owner/manager/administrator did not answer our calls or messages. The apartment was smelly, windows wouldn't open. The instructions for openning the door were terribly confusing.

The apartment was close to the convention center and the downtown. Spacious, two bedrooms and separate bathrooms.

I may have never slept on a firmer bed in my whole life. I didn't know you could even get one that firm! While it's nice having free parking, the valet was a bit of a mess. They were nice enough, but there were never enough of them to meet to constant demand. Also, booking says deposit would be returned day of checkout. Three days later I am still waiting on my $300...

Plenty of room and beautiful natural lighting. Super easy check in and check out.

There were multiple outlets that did not work in the space, so I had to make coffee on the living room floor. The lamps in the bedroom flickered on and off like crazy, so that was an annoyance. There was also a collection of dust on the AC vents that was very obvious. The water pressure in the shower was lacking but temperature wise was great. There was a struggle getting information from the company itself - and they do not respond to messages in a timely manner.

The location was very close to the convention center, so I was able to walk to our event. The free valet parking was a nice touch, I felt my car was safe and secure. The app to request your car worked like a charm. The space itself had a nice view of the pool area and was close to the elevator.

The furniture really needs to be upgraded. The mattress on the pullout sofa actually had a blood stain on it. The shower curtain should be a bit heavier. And the homeless people took me for surprise but I know that’s out of you all’s control
