A tad cleaner room!

What really effected your scoring was the room had ants, glad no bed bugs! The curtains control buttons didn't work. Other then that it served it's purpose of being close to the hospital. Breakfast was great.

The hotel should have a WhatsApp number. As I don’t have a US Sim Card, I was unable to contact the hotel to pick me up from the metro station and consequently I had to walk all the way from Dunn Loring Station to the hotel together with my luggage. A WhatsApp number would help foreign visitors who don’t have a US phone number.

I liked the professionalism of the staff at the reception. I liked the shuttle service, I liked the cleanliness of the facility etc..

Bathrooms' doors couldn't close because of too much paint on the side - room 330, carpet on the floor, mattress too soft, and too much furniture, which makes the room look crowded

The $150 dog fee felt excessive. It really put a damper on the value of the stay.

It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities of home down to free washing up liquid.

The breakfast special items, like the spinach and egg frittata, were inedible. The shuttle did not seem to be running. The hotel design is a very large square and the shortest way to my room required me to go outside.

The staff for the breakfast area were especially cheerful and helpful. On all except one night my room was totally quiet. Lots of good restaurants in the area, as well as drug stores and Target.

Smokers sit outside near the pool smoking. Although it is outside but smokers sat right in front of entrance.

The room has all the accommodations like stoves, pots. pans and dish washing machine but we don't need them.

I have stayed at this particular facility several times and everytime there has been a late night issue with a parking spot. The free breakfast needs more fresh and healthy alternatives; it was "good" just need more variety.

Rooms were a little dated, but we put that aside, as I needed a good amount of 2 bedroom suites, and they had them.

I felt the rooms were quiet, and the beds comfortable. Breakfast staff were incredible! Kind and hard working. Front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was great!

Listing said free parking. Not true $5 a night kinda misleading Booking.com and hotel have different info. When booking we choose one king and one double bed but getting one dbl bed with sofa bed. Definitely will go to different hotel with 2 dbl bed

Beginning to show its age a bit. Bathroom ceiling. Paint pealing. Noticed some other points of general wear.

The size of the room was great anf it was clean. Breakfast and coffee were very good. The oatmill was bit watery. The bed slept really well.

not enough coffee in room; no pot for coffee so had to keep making individual cups of coffee so ran out quickly. Shower water was difficult to turn off. There was no lotion so I had to request some.

Breakfast: good variety; room nice, comfortable. Lots of plugs, good work area.

The facility is in separate buildings so your bed might be an outdoor walk to fitness or breakfast. I booked a 2 bed suite but ended up with 1 bed and fold out couch. I had chosen this property based on two beds. Probably a Booking.com error.

Breakfast was good. Nice to have full kitchen too. Was not crowded - sign of the times.

There was hair in the hairdryer. Didn't like the visit to the fitness room. There is an appointment at the reception at a time convenient for hotel guests. But there is no time limit for using the fitness room. I was booked at 8 am and showed up at 7:55 am. A man came in front of me at 7:50 am. I waited until 8:35 am for him to vacate the room. I got tired of waiting and left. I was disappointed with this fitness service at the hotel.

Traveled by car. Convenient hotel location for me. Clean room but not perfect. There was hair in the hairdryer. Comfortable bed. Air conditioner. Quiet. Nice breakfast. Very friendly staff. The public areas of the hotel are clean. Cheap parking - $ 10 for two nights. Near the hotel there is a pizzeria and a Lidl shop. I liked the hotel. I recommend for a stopover for a few nights.
