Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The people above us kept us til midnight stomping their feet and started again at 5 a.m. You could hear every move they made. The wood laminate floors provided no sound protection.

No breakfast offered beyond coffee/tea. Not a big deal since this is a value hotel in a central location.
Location was ideal for all things in downtown Moab and a short drive from Arches NP. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tub were nice, too. Would definitely stay here again.

Exhaust fan sounded horrendous in stop and start mode. we left it on the whole time and that worked. Bathroom faucet wasn't fully installed. Very wobbly. Wish we had had a table and chairs for our backgammon game. We played on the bed. Didnt fgure out the window shades until the second night.
Great parking near the doors but also access from multiple streets. Close to downtown, walkable. Elevator and stairs very convenient. Great choice of hot and cold drinks in lobby..Cabinet with sink made it feel like 2 rooms. Sink nice for drinking water.

Wide gap between room door and door frame, lots of hallway light came through the gap. No big deal, just seemed odd. Didn’t ruin our experience.

Staff weren’t very friendly. Lobby is very dark but the rest if the place is nice.

Very good breakfast. To keep your environmentally friendly policy, I strongly suggest to quit serving plastic eating utensils which fill up our land fills and do not decompose. There are many other options. Thank you

There was no sound proofing between floors. My upstairs "neighbors" came back to their room late and it sounded like they were rearranging all the furniture and stomping around as loud as possible for about 30 minutes.
The rooms were great. Spacious and comfortable. This place also has the best pool/hot tub in town!

We didn’t get the point of the shelves hanging from the ceiling so low above the sink - when you are using the sink, you cannot see what you’re doing.
Nice decor in the rooms (some questionable), great location, friendly staff.

Could use another luggage rack in the room. Only one chair a second one would have been nice. Staff needs to smile more and pretend they like working there. Pricey.

Having food options available (there were limited drinks and snack’s available for purchase).
Loved that they had coffee available 24/7 and a water bottle filler. Location was great for walkability and central to Moab’s National Parks and trails.

Room was really cramped. Lacked space in both bathroom and bed area. One stool to put your suitcase…everything else had to go on the floor. TV pic was poor..either bad HD signal or no HD TV.
It was quiet. Staff was friendly and responsive. Nice pool and outdoor area.

Too close to highway - very noisy all of the time. Couldn’t really sit out on the “deck”. Staff refused to provide us with coffee packets for the room, even though there was a pot and decaf packets in the room. Said we had to go down to lobby to get it.
Clean. Ample parking. After first night, Management able to get us into the suite we had originally booked.
