You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaPool was a good walking distance from the hotel. (We had never been to a hotel were it wasn't directly attached) There were stains on the curtains in the room. Would have liked to see more fruit options offered at breakfast vs. just an apple.
Hotel went out of their way to listen to us as parents, and made accommodations for our autistic son. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast room big. Liked the check in process. (Although the repeated signing of paperwork on portal that I had already signed online was slightly ridiculous). Overall, our overnight stay at the hotel on our way to DC was positive.

First day we had breakfast was very disappointing. There was not adequate food out, and we had to wait till they did bring what was not really excellent food. The second day was much better food was prepared and the quality was much better.

The hotel is very conveniently located to both downtown Roanoke and Vinton for the Dogwood Festival. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful!
