Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

it's a motel/motor lodge built during the 50's so the property has limitations especially regarding size and heating which should be expected, but it didn't bother me personally. it's just a negative.
it was clean and the price is very hard to beat. you park outside your door.

I tried to book a stay on January 3rd and my card wasn't accepted.
The location is unique and comfort is very high. Rooms were very warm.

for the price we paid the room could have been nicer. definitely motel vibes, no screens on windows. bathroom door didn’t close all the way. heat was set to 90 when we got there.
very close to downtown, walked everywhere for our entire trip. front desk staff was very friendly. area is beautiful

Disclosure of no heater to visitors who don’t think about the fact it might not have one due to not really being in that weather
Location was really nice, the only complaint I had was there’s not heat so our room was easily 23 degrees and the blankets weren’t super thick or warm but I brought my own and that’s probably why it wasn’t too bad. during high traffic times it can be a little noisy but overall really not bad. It was pretty clean considering the wet conditions, pet friendliness, and age of the motel. I’ll definitely stay here again in the future :)

The room itself didn’t feel clean in the bathroom there was hair in the towels and in the shower. The sink drain was clogged and wouldn’t drain. The floor had stains and the bed had stains, fridge smelled funky.

It’s clearly old and rundown. It was as clean as it could be but has seen much better days.
The staff, Rick, was over the top helpful and polite. Such a great guy. The location was great. Next to NAU and downtown restaurants. For the cheap price on a quick overnight, it was worth it. But not for a relaxing vaca multiple day type trip.

For its location, it would probably be finacially prohibitive, to 'sink' a lot of money into the property......but for the rates, good place, for the money...interiors are sufficient, comfortable, tv great, comes with refrigerator and microwave oven...if needed.
Staff was very cordial, checking i was very fast and efficient. As an 'older' style motel, not as many amenities as other more 'modern' places. For what i needed it for, location was good, service great, beds, super comfy, value...excellent.

There was something wrong with the toilet. It kept making a noise like it was running. We just shut the door.

Kind of run down but for the price I didn’t expect much.
It’s clean. A busy road is close but with the fan on it was quiet enough. Walking distance to downtown is nice.

Its old. Kinda getting worn down with no restoration on the horizon it feels like. Decent for the price tho. Its a good plan b or "just get the room, im tired" kinda place. Friendly guy at check in. Looks like he lived on property because he was cooking something that smelled soo delicious. One plate of that probably would've gotten him a 9 or 10 haha.
It had a bed. Quiet, i think. Idk i slept 7.45 outta 8 hours i was there.

Overall the motel looks in rough shape but it's mostly aesthetic issues. The bed and pillows are cheap. But worth it if you are looking for a dog friendly, low price motel within walking distance of downtown.
Great location, easy walking distance to restaurants and breweries downtown. Dog friendly and nearby a nice park. All the basics for were covered (shampoo, soap, A/C, mini fridge, microwave, cable TV).
