You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

United States of Americaice machine did that work on the 23 floor and when i call couple of day for our room i made changes so we would not have problem our cards where looked out of our room I have to go down and get new ones by they we were really tired and and did not know what was happing to our keys but even with this in canines they were really nice and help me but this was something I talked about that i did not wanted to happed in our stay because I knew that we were going to be tired .
I liked everything it was berry clean and organize and love that their was something for everyone .

United States of AmericaThere were two nights that had false fire alarms that went off at 3am and 5 am in the morning , during the 4 nights i was there . getting out of bed and throwing on some clothes to run down the stairs in the middle of the night doesnt make for a well rested stay. o

United States of AmericaMy niece and her husband were checking In Thursday afternoon when a flight crew jumped ahead of them and were attended to by your staff. Additional flight crew apparently then joined the initial crew and were also provided service before my niece and her husband. They said it should have been readily apparent they we’re waiting to check in and the desk staff apparently made no attempt to ask the flight crew staff that they needed to wait their turn. Please let me know if what I described is somehow acceptable to your company.

United States of AmericaThe amenities were not as I remembered. Very average. Very disappointed that the Marriott is charging for late checkout! This is the first time we have seen this lack of customer service. This has always been a customer courtesy especially, in other hotels, if it was available due to occupancy. Very disappointed! Also having breakfast available only in in until 9:00 AM when check out is 12:00 PM is also very disappointing! We had to go elsewhere for breakfast. Very inconvenient!
