To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I loved that they had a place to shower off in many places, a bar at the resort, their own Starbucks and the 8 pools! Very great for family! You have to key into elevators which made it seem more safe then other motels.

United States of AmericaEach day one of the elevators was down. A different one each day! Leaving 2 for the entire hotel. Had to plan extra time just to accommodate elevator wait.
Rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Amazing pools and hot tubs with ample space. Never felt crowded. Plus, beach front made it the perfect relaxing spot. Rooms are pretty well insulated so you don’t hear much hallway noise and don’t hear the next room over. Overall, very great value.
