Not a good place to swim or snorkel from. Not enough umbrellas to provide shade during the day

Peaceful, well laid out. Room was beautiful , no 7 . We ate a picnic dinner on the Dock watching the fish so many seating areas. Pool was very clean

Very few and detailed but the pillows outside on our porch was whole in it, probably from the weather and another thing, we stayed in the Beaches house and the free WiFi did not work there, needed to go outside.

Artificial Beach area could have done with more softer sand like we’ve seen at other places

2 bedroom apartment huge, lots of space and lovely kitchen area overlooking the dock, pool and sea. Nice pool area and free kayak use. Not far to porky’s or Florida keys steak and lobster for great food and watch sunset at 7 mile bridge

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms with all the nice details you need. A private beach and a pool. Somehow very relaxed and not so formal. Free Kayaks and bicycles. I travel along the keys every year and have seen many places. This place is in my top 3. I surely will visit again.

The BBQs are shared and situated around the property - the rooms in front of the driveway do not have a BBQ in from of their room. There were 4 BBQs situated at the back of the property, first come first served. Room 3's bed was situated in an incorrect layout, the TV was on the side of the bed and there were no electric sockets next to the bed. I suggest that the layout of the room is altered as the 2 electric sockets were located in the correct place (i.e. in front of the TV). Another suggestion would be to have a long mirror in the room. The only available mirror was the one in the bathroom.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed having a coffee machine in the room. Also the AC and fan in the room worked well. The BBQ areas were amazing, very relaxing! Not to mention the other amenities the hotel offers but unfortunately we did not manage to make use of the bicycles or kayaks during our stay due to weather conditions. The lady at the reception was very helpful. The location was amazing, Marathon is located in the centre of the Florida Keys, you can go anywhere. There is also a fuel station, a breakfast diner, a supermarket and restaurants very close to the hotel. The area where the hotel is located (Florida keys in general) is very quiet and relaxing.

The bed was horribly stiff and uncomfortable. We were in #7, which is below another unit. We could hear everything. It sounded like elephants running back and forth until midnight, at which point my husband went up to politely ask them if they could be more quiet.

The location was great. Very quiet. Loved being able to walk out and enjoy the sunsets every morning.

The gas for the barbecue station was empty. We did manage to change it by ourselves. There is no AC in the bathroom we used to stay in.

Seascape is amazing! We loved the surrounding area and the feeling of being at home! Employees were very friendly and helpful! We would totally recommend staying there.

We were downstairs but with a lovely view. Only slight negative was the noise from people moving around upstairs.
