The people in the desk personal weren’t nice and they didn’t talk with each other… I lost my phone and they never talked with each other, 6 hours after one of them said she has my phone after 7 times that I asked for it…. Other thing, the desk person never explain about the change for the parking just when I check out and they never explain the $200 dollars in my credit card even when I was paying with other credicard. I have to called and asked someone in the property why they do that if I bought and my used in booking.com. I didn’t feel good with this misinformation. Also, the pillows and beds were uncomfortable.

One night, we stayed until the park closed, and when we got to the bus stop, there were a lot of families waiting for the shuttle to go back to the hotel. When the shuttle showed up, the driver mentioned that he was the only one scheduled to drive and had to bring the smaller bus because of ECV's people were using. We ended up having to wait for the bus to come back to pick us up. It was really disappointing to have to stand around and wait for Armando to come back, but Armando did a great job in trying to get us all back as fast as possible.

Anaheim Majestic is always our go to. Staff is always great, rooms are clean and comfortable, and they have their own shuttle to the park.

The bar was attended by one staff only when we arrived that evening. And the restaurant was already closed but good thing there was a Japanese restaurant in the hotel and food was good.

The gardens were very nice. Loved it.

For our family the only reason it’s a 9 is because this is the first time we didn’t have a microwave and that was kind of big for our family and littles. Not sure if that’s standard for every other hotel we stayed at but other than that it was almost a perfect stay

The hotel could use some updating. It looks like it hasn’t been remodeled in over 20 years. The rooms do not get cleaned every night, but rather every third night on an extended stay.

We have stayed here in the past and love the location of the hotel with the proximity to the park. The courtesy shuttle is also a plus.

I didn't like the bathroom being so small

I was very impressed with the whole hotel. Our room was very spacious and clean. We walked around the hotel to see what was what. Everything was very clean and beautiful We dined at the Japanese restaurant inside the hotel. All the staff from the host to our waiter was very nice and friendly and also helpful

The rooms are a little outdated, and the bathrooms are horribly outdated. It felt like the bathroom was a forgotten about component of the room. The room itself was spacious and honestly bigger than most in Anaheim, but the bathroom was the size of a closet (bath/shower, toilet, and sink). We had a hole in the door frame and hard water residue on the sink faucet and shower head. All stuff that can be fixed with some elbow grease and cleaning solutions made specifically for this issue.

The location couldn't have been any better, and just a short distance either by foot or the provided shuttle. In regards to the shuttle, they are on time at both the hotel and Disneyland Park. We never had to wait around for longer than 5-10 minutes before it showed up. As far as the hotel itself, it is extremely cute, and clean! The staff is friendly, and the food at the hotel restaurant is amazing! We had the breakfast buffet one morning, then came back from the park to have a delicious salmon dinner. .... and before I forget, they do let you keep your car in the lot after check-out! I was told I could leave it until 11pm after check-out so we could enjoy the park and not worry about finding parking at Disneyland/paying additional fees. Overall, we would gladly stay again!

One of the two queen beds were pretty uncomfortable. Also the windows were a little drafty (might need upgraded.) Would be nice to have the convenience of a microwave as well.

We really enjoyed the on-site restaurants for a break from the hustle and bustle of the park. We also enjoyed the courtyards, making the location feel so private and quiet. The shuttle services were a great convenience, but we also could walk to downtown Disney to ride the monorail straight into Disneyland. Excellent location for people who enjoy walking to the park, but with convenient shuttle services for those tired feet.
