The bar was attended by one staff only when we arrived that evening. And the restaurant was already closed but good thing there was a Japanese restaurant in the hotel and food was good.

For our family the only reason it’s a 9 is because this is the first time we didn’t have a microwave and that was kind of big for our family and littles. Not sure if that’s standard for every other hotel we stayed at but other than that it was almost a perfect stay

The hotel could use some updating. It looks like it hasn’t been remodeled in over 20 years. The rooms do not get cleaned every night, but rather every third night on an extended stay.

We have stayed here in the past and love the location of the hotel with the proximity to the park. The courtesy shuttle is also a plus.

I didn't like the bathroom being so small

I was very impressed with the whole hotel. Our room was very spacious and clean. We walked around the hotel to see what was what. Everything was very clean and beautiful We dined at the Japanese restaurant inside the hotel. All the staff from the host to our waiter was very nice and friendly and also helpful

The rooms are a little outdated, and the bathrooms are horribly outdated. It felt like the bathroom was a forgotten about component of the room. The room itself was spacious and honestly bigger than most in Anaheim, but the bathroom was the size of a closet (bath/shower, toilet, and sink). We had a hole in the door frame and hard water residue on the sink faucet and shower head. All stuff that can be fixed with some elbow grease and cleaning solutions made specifically for this issue.

The location couldn't have been any better, and just a short distance either by foot or the provided shuttle. In regards to the shuttle, they are on time at both the hotel and Disneyland Park. We never had to wait around for longer than 5-10 minutes before it showed up. As far as the hotel itself, it is extremely cute, and clean! The staff is friendly, and the food at the hotel restaurant is amazing! We had the breakfast buffet one morning, then came back from the park to have a delicious salmon dinner. .... and before I forget, they do let you keep your car in the lot after check-out! I was told I could leave it until 11pm after check-out so we could enjoy the park and not worry about finding parking at Disneyland/paying additional fees. Overall, we would gladly stay again!

One of the two queen beds were pretty uncomfortable. Also the windows were a little drafty (might need upgraded.) Would be nice to have the convenience of a microwave as well.

We really enjoyed the on-site restaurants for a break from the hustle and bustle of the park. We also enjoyed the courtyards, making the location feel so private and quiet. The shuttle services were a great convenience, but we also could walk to downtown Disney to ride the monorail straight into Disneyland. Excellent location for people who enjoy walking to the park, but with convenient shuttle services for those tired feet.

The staff seemed nice with the exception of the woman checking me in. The young man next to her explained everything to his customer where as mine was "here, sign this" never even looking up from her screen.

The room was huge and they offered a free shuttle to Disneyland.

Staff were okay, nothing standout that made me feel overly welcome but nothing rude as such. When we checked in we weren't told that the restaurant was closed that night and the one place in the hotel that does lunch was also closed for servicing. Limited food options within walking distance (minimum 15-20min walk) we have a baby so we were after a quick, close lunch when we arrived with no real assistance except "you can call and some places will deliver" we had quite a bit of luggage and you have to leave your licence to even borrow a luggage cart and no one to assist. These aren't things that would deter me from staying again, however, just things to be aware of.

I loved the overall vibe of the hotel and the decor. It felt magical when getting there. The shuttle bus was great and very punctual both ways to disneyland; a bonus it was free. The ale carte breakfast in the hotel was lovely! The size of the room was fantastic, the heating and cooling options were great as well for a comfortable temperature.

First night there were some noisy quest next to our room. Unsupervised kids chasing the baby ducklings in the courtyard. Restaurant not open for dinner on Sunday thru Wednesday. Elevators are to small.
