Once I got to my room the sliding door to the balcony didn’t lock which wouldn’t be a problem normally except we were on the first floor. The bathroom had stains on the wall by the sink. The beds were comfortable but I found it odd that the duvets were not properly placed in duvet covers, it seemed kind of lazy to not cover them. The bedside table as well as the office table in our room looked like they were not wiped down due to the fact you could see smudges on them. You have to pay for WiFi which is a bit ridiculous considering they’re already charging you for extra amenities that you might not even use. Be aware that there are many added fees. I expected more from this hotel due to it being a Marriott Bonvoy location.

Number of guests on Memorial day weekend and ongoing construction made us feel "crowded". We had to ask both days to have our room made up, after we left after breakfast and returned back to the room late afternoon.

Staff could not find my reservation because it was made with Booking, it took almost 20 mins to check-in. Also, no breakfast included.

The shower was difficult to turn on. it looked like it was halfway out of the faucet the first morning we could not turn the water off. Had to call for help and we had to wait 30 minutes for somebody to come and fix it. The toilet paper dispenser had obviously been shoved into the wall through the wallpaper. The electrical outlet in the bathroom was not flush with the wall and looks like it could've been dangerous to use.

The view was great. The Staff was very good.

I know it is not the property’s fault, but we arrived back to our room at around 11:00pm our room had a very strong maijuana odor that made it difficult to sleep. The smell was very overwhelming. In addition, we had a beautiful balcony overlooking the harbor, we couldn’t use it do to the very strong marijuana odor.

With the exception of the deli down the street, food prices are exorbitant. It wouldn’t be so bad when you have a rental car but the nightly parking fee is also exorbitant. It’s like they’ve got you hemmed in so you must pay. Then there is no thought of even having a simple muffin available for breakfast. Oh come on. That to me is pathetic.

Clean, updated, view, shuttle to the airport, excellent staff, elevators with no issues, everything working, no overpowering smells, deli in between the two buildings, in room coffee, no noise issues from other guest’s rooms. Shuttle driver did not ask which tower we reserved. Dropped off at the wrong tower and the desk personnel accommodated us in the updated tower. That’s good management when the staff is allowed to make decisions as this. Way too many companies put the staff in the middle of the upset customer and the self important manager.

I didn’t like how my room have a microwave… I had to walk down the hall to use one that everyone else uses. Also, I had to park in the additional parking because of some construction that’s going on there at the hotel. Was disappointed that I couldn’t park closer even though there were spots there and has been partitioned off. Leslie couldn’t get out of the parking because I had checked out before walking to my car and no longer had my room key.

The restaurants has no vegetarian meals options. This was very disappointing at this day and age. So I ordered a salad and it wasn’t enough for dinner meal.

The room space, facilities, staff response rates, and the airport free shuttle. I also like the comfortable furniture and the balcony with the Marina view.

The property is clean and nice. The pool area is under construction and only one place to buy food. The Resturant did not have a good selection of foods. The hotel staff and the hotel itself is amazing. So because of that. I give the hotel stay an 8 to 9 .
