Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe property is quite run down, the neighborhood is questionable at best, and the staff are indifferent. This seems like something that should run about $70/night at most.
The room appeared to have been cleaned well.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom needs to be re-grouted and recaulked. That really made the room show its age. The room and bath were clean, but the tub and shower made the room look less clean.

GermanyOur room was old, strange smell and some leftovers in the fridge. The bed was ok, but linen had the same smell as the whole room. We only had one towel.
Hotel is close to the train station, easy to get to the airport or Seattle Downtown. Bathroom was clean.

HungaryThe hotel is dated, sound insulation is weak and looks similarly run down as all these cheapo motels all over the states so nothing surprising here. If you can get over it you can spend some time here, Seattle is worth it but this is an expensive city in the summer
There was microwave and fridge in the room. Two king size double beds were comfy. Check-in and out was quick and easy. Coffee maker in the room. Very close to Link Light Rail Angle Lake station, Seatac Airport is the next stop and Downtown is within reach

United States of AmericaThe noise of the airport and sirens on the street at night made it hard for deep sleep. Someone came banging on our door and woke everyone past midnight on the 1st day. We did not open the door. There were only two towels in a 3 queen beds room..
The large room was great. Check in was easy. We loved how close the train station was. It was good to have a small fridge and microwave.

Puerto RicoThere was a strong weed smell in the hallways and the elevator.
It has a good location with nearby restaurants and other places to eat. It is also around 5 minutes from SeaTac Airport. I got the room with 3 beds and to my surprise they were queen beds and very comfortable.

United States of AmericaThe room itself was drab, dark, and musty with no view (bottom floor next to the busy street). Not recommended if you're looking for a pleasant cheerful room with a view. Definitely not recommended for longer stays.
Staff, location (proximity to the airport) and airport shuttle service gets a thumbs up. It was acceptable for our short 12-hour stay to catch an early flight.

United States of AmericaThe morning shift crew ain't exactly the nicest. I guess I'm used to other places letting you pick up your bag later on if you need to head out for a bit but want to check out. And also it was two ladies and they seemed like the type that come across as the 'well now your stay is over, leave' type with how they talk to you. Way better night crew if you ask me.
Certain staff(1 or 2 I've run into) are nice and the rooms are comfortable for the most part, I will give them that.
