We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe actual hotel was dated and going through construction. I made the reservation for Wyndham and gps took me to a sleep inn to my surprise. That was shocking. The carpets were stained and filthy. Bedding was washed but had visible stains.

United States of AmericaThis property was initiating a major renovation when I stayed, which led to its lower scores (but will be a good thing in the future). Bed was a bit hard, shower dripped constantly, there was dampness under the carpet near the bathroom, and the light fixture in the bathroom occasionally dripped water from the overhead light fixture!

Out of the five days we stayed our towels were changed out once without me going down to bring them dirty towels and pick up clean ones. I don’t work there do I should not have had to change out my own towels. Garbage was emptied once in five days. Bed was never touched. I had to make the bed each day. Breakfast was heat and eat except for waffle maker. Coffee wasn’t good. Elevator was broken when we left Monday and had to carry all our luggage without a cart.

Comfortable beds. Breakfast available. Pool. Easy access to town and Yellow Creek Park. Nice tv. The front desk, housekeeping and breakfast personel were wonderful. Friendly , efficient and sweet. That helps overcome some of the maintenance issues.

United States of AmericaThe corporation in charge of this particular Sleep Inn needs to do a better job of maintenance. There were a number of things that needed attention--a stairway light in disrepair; a shower door that didn't open smoothly, and many other little details indicating a lack of attention to detail. Tape covering part of the control board in the elevator, for instance. I want to emphasize the local staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints there. The other issue has to do with the price. Compared to other similar places in Owensboro, it seems that Sleep Inn jacked up the price nearly 30-40 percent because of high demand on the Memorial Day weekend. Of course. This is capitalism, and we are for it, but 30-40 percent seems a little extreme when most of us our struggling because of other high prices.
Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and professional. The room was quiet and comfortable.

The room itself was very worn; paint worn off doors, wallpaper cracked and peeling, holes in walls, wood splintered in areas on door where an old lock used to be, stained carpet. Also, walls very thin and noise comes through easily. Pool area was under renovation so couldn't use that. If this place hadn't been so clean otherwise and the staff so great, I would have thought it a dive and gone somewhere else.
Very friendly and attentive staff. A+++++ for them!!!!!! Everything was also very clean.
