The entry signs made me feel unwelcome. Finding a better way to express the new guidelines would be nice. Breakfast was lacking. More options and liquid creamer would be nice. The room was clean but smelled like smoking room when we entered. One lamp was bright and one lamp was dim. We just didn't use them. For the price a few more comforts would be nice.

I was not prepared for the $100 deposit, I did not see anything about it at first when i booked so was surprised when they told me about it. I found it afterwards on the app after actively searching for it. It was not an easy obvious spot to find on the booking app. Had it been right up front and obvious I could have prepared better for it. Instead, I had to use some of my spending cash, that i DID get back at checkout but it would have been handy to have to use on other things. Also, the room was very small to accomodate the four of us. The beds seemed very small for double beds. I also did not like the sliding bathroom door, which did not have a working lock. The bathroom was tiny and no bathtub which would have been better for the children I would have also loved it if the pool opened earlier, so my kids could swim. We were not able to swim because it opens at 10 am and checkout is 11.

For the price, it is a good place to stay. I've definitely stayed in worse places while in Pueblo. It was very clean... probably the cleanest of any other place i've stayed. The staff was friendly and pleasant. We also enjoyed the breakfast, there were many options available. The location is close to shopping and many restraunts. I wouldn't mind staying there again.

I have a service dog. I’m not sure if the dog next to our room was a svc dog or not, but it barked ALL NIGHT! Hence, my dog wouldn’t stop barking. The people made a lot of noise and we aren’t used to it.

The front desk staff was not helpful, we were told we could not bring our grandson to the hotel because he was a resident. They were not willing to change our room to a double to add a child to our room.

The room was comfortable and well designed. The pool and hot tub, small but clean. Breakfast was nice, we especially appreciated the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches.

I didn’t like the fact that the door didn’t have a deadbolt more like a dud-bolt I felt like the door could be kicked in with ease! understandingly, we didn’t use the side door, but it was a minor inconvenience and having to go through the front door at all times but again we understand in our room, the bathroom door didn’t lock at all didn’t even have like a lock so there was that

I like the fact that it was near literally everything the mall, target, Goodwill, etc. despite being near the highway and near a population of homeless the property itself was very clean and safe still but there were some hiccup, but other than that comfortable and respectable

The pool just seemed grimy, and we had to wait a long time for it to open, even though we arrived at the right time. It just did not feel very comfortable to swim in the pool.

We liked that there was breakfast offered, and a pool. The room was clean enough, and it was in a good location close to several restaurants.

We didn’t like having to show our drivers licenses of both adult’s. We’re in are 70s. They they made copies of our licenses. it was late in the day n really no time find another hotel or I would have. Driver license list our personal info and I don’t feel hotels should making copies of everyone license. I’ve been asked to show my license before but this is first it’s photograph.

Permitted pets at a reasonable extra charge. Felt safe n staff was very helpful. Didn’t like the first room ( could smell cigarette smoke) the desk clerk found us another very nice room. We were pleaded with the new room.

1. although location great off highway we found out homeless encampment close. we were ok but worried about someone breaking into our car overnight 2. we were charged a $100 deposit just in case anything taken from room. evidently Booking agreement with property doesn’t eliminate that & no where on booking site did I see that applicable. felt like we were treated like thieves. also first time my husband &I both had to provide drivers license.
