Bed was uncomfortable and small :(( Minor things like there was no daily cleaning, but not a problem if you stay less than a week.

Location was perfect: right near Wall street, many metro stations in 3-5 min by walk, not too crowded, not too loud. The room itself was big enough especially for New York and this price. There was a small kitchet which was very useful.

Would have liked laundry tablets in the amenities cabinet to use when used.

Location was perfect, close to cafes, grocery store, shops, subway. The apartment was clean, had everything I needed. The view was very nice as well.

Our bed wasn’t very comfortable. But my biggest complaint is that there was only one chair, one desk chair and 2 table chairs. The chairs were hard and not comfortable to sit on.

Loved the location! The unit was well supplied. Loved that it had a washer and dryer. Great kitchen!

Although superficially clean, it was a little dirty. There was dust under the beds and the floors needed a mop. The location was pretty noisy and we had to turn the heating off in the bedroom at night as it was very loud.

Great size apartment. Good location as a bit quieter but with excellent public transport options nearby. Very handy to have a washer and dryer. Lovely view and the heating worked well.

The cleaning could done be better, there was a sock under my bed at my arrival. The heating system is very noisy.

Nice rooms and common spaces. The terrace has a great view it is a nice space to have a break and enjoy the sun if any. The location is ideal and staff was very helpful.

There were hardly any negatives: the cooking hotplates were missing one control knob and one bed lamp was missing a bulb but these didn't bother us so we didn't request fixing/moving.

Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the staff were exceptionally helpful and prompt to deal with requests. Although we didn't use the kitchenette for cooking, there was a plentiful supply of good quality crockery and utensils. I was also impressed by the Bosch washer and dryer. We loved the rooftop terrace as an extra space to chill out.

Sofa bed was not very comfortable. Kids were ok with it but wouldnt be good for an adult.

Amazing stay at Sonder Battery Park. We are 2 adults, 2 kids (1 x 13 year old, 1 x 11 year old) and we stayed in a Superior Studio. The check in was very easy via the app as we had a keycode. Good size apartment and very clean Liked the fact they supplied essentials like toilet paper, bin bags, coffee etc and you could get refills at reception! Great location for a family as it was quiet. Space was as per the photos advertised.

Mattresses could have been a little more comfortable, they were quite hard

Staff very friendly, rooms had everything well thought out. Washer, dryer, even had detergent so I didn’t have to buy, all types of kitchen appliances. Coffee and tea also provided. Great toiletries in bathrooms, no need to bring your own. Location excellent, steps to metro station, wall street, and battery park. Whole Foods very close to get groceries, Starbucks and Liberty Bagels around the corner. Police patrolling in the area all the time, so I felt very safe. No fees for having packages delivered, and they even had a table near the entrance where you could have food deliveries left.

The only thing I would suggest improving would be the floor cleaning but it was fine overall.

Great location downtown and next to Battery park with a beautiful view on the river. Lots of shops and main attractions nearby and well connected to ferry terminals to go to midtown. Our King Studio was amazing, modern and fully equipped. The best thing was that we could do laundry and cook food (Wholefoods is nearby) which is super useful when you stay in nyc for 2 weeks - means you can travel light and save some money on eating out. The facilities were great, we had fun in the music room and the rooftop is beautiful with an amazing view (looking forward to coming back during pool season to use that too). The Sonder team were excellent and I could ask any questions easily on the Sonder app and always received quick answers and support.

Very light sleepers might find it a bit loud (may it be the fridge sometimes, taxis horn or the neighbor‘s kid), but to be honest, I think for Manhattan it was already quite calm.

Great stay, we loved the area and the lovely rooftop. Walking distance to many places in lower Manhattan, close to the subway and ferries. We definitely appreciated having a kitchen and a modern, well-equipped apartment. The staff was really pleasant.
