I didn't like the day we had to leave.

The location was perfect. Close to 911 Memorial and Wall Street. Tiffany and Co was a bonus. All the staff was amazing and very helpful. Staten Island Ferry, an 8-minute walk to see the Statue of Liberty and Empore Outlet.The ferry was free, yes free. Loved the location, and just around the corner was the "New York Wine Exchange" for your eveing drink, adults. If you mention Lyndon from South Africa, you may get a discount. All our gratitude to Sonder and the staff. Also, as an extra bonus, there is a rooftop pool. I am definitely going again.

The bathroom had several issues like the faucet nob wouldn’t work the towels in the bathroom looked worn out and a broken top drawer in the kitchen was a disappointment.

Very comfortable apartment, love the view! Close to the subway, the area felt relatively safe and it was easy to move around, even though it was my first visit to New York. I liked that the apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed and a bathtub. Also, the building has an amazing rooftop with a swimming pool!

Everything was perfect

The facilities were exceptionally clean and very well presented. Having a kitchen and washing machine and dryer were very convenient. The bed was very comfortable and the staff always greeted me when I went out and came back. Would certainly recommend to friends and would most certainly use Sonder again. Thank you

For longer stays, they should include cleaning etc. The extra charge for cleaning the rooms etc wasn't clear at the time of the booking.

Staff were helpful; room felt more like an apartment than a hotel (in a good way); great area of NYC, right next to Battery Park and the World Trade Centre.

No option to request a Cleaning. Only one request i.e extra towel per stay. The bathroom was a bit dirty and both the sheets and pillows needed to be washed or replaced because when they got wet from sweat, black spots were revealed throughout the fabric. We were told we needed to wash them ourselves, along with our towels. I would have preferred a brand new set.

The pool wasn’t open which we would have loved to make use of. We also wish the roof terrace was open for longer hours/all the time. We wanted to use it for breakfast but we were up at 6am and it didn’t open until 9am

Must bring earplugs for sleeping, because of ventilation system noise. The sofabed could use an upgrade to a more comfortabele one.

Hotel is properly organized, staff is well trained, always happy to help with a smile on a face. There is always a supply at hand if you will run out of anything, we have very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend Sonder to anyone.

The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable.

Spacious and clean apartment, with a view which we hadn’t really expected. Lovely to have as a base for exploring the city, kitchen facilities were top notch so we could have breakfast in the apartment. Super easy check in and great that you can top up your own facilities (the tea and toilet roll cupboard!)
