Traffic noise. Limited sidewalk access to adjacent restaurants. Internet was sometimes slow.

When we checked in, we were not told that some of the rooms/buildings had elevators. We might have opted to stay in a different building. Also, the doors are tricky to get out of and we had to call a maintenance person to tell us how to get out of our room. It would have been better if it was explained to us when we checked in.

We liked this hotel because it provided two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We went to Poway for my brother's memorial service and my sister stayed with my husband and I. We also enjoyed the full-size refrigerator.

The room that we're in needs some sprucing up. The vent in the bathroom made a lot of noise when turned on, so we have to close it when we sleep, thus trapping the smell inside the bathroom. The furniture needs some updates too. I was looking forward to the buffet breakfast but was treated to the SAME packed breakfast for 4 days...SAME food everyday....I don't know if until when will you guys use COVID as your excuse to not give us, your customers, the service that we deserve and paid for...

I like the staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Love the location..it is very near the venue of our get together. Very convenient.

Sink drain slow. Something to do with the strainer. After manually pulling it up, it drains normal.

Value for money. 2 bedroom suite is spacious for family of 5. Staff are very nice especially the Filipino woman.

maid service. This was a BIG dislike! You can't stay in a hotel room with 3-4 people and not have maid service. I would have paid extra for this!!

I loved that the units were like small apartments with kitchens. We also LOVED the basketball court, a huge plus for our basketball team. Great location - walking distance to many restaurants.

One receptionist was a stickler on either one coffee or one orange juice. Why? It can’t cost that much. Breakfast was grab n’ go and was so so. At first, we had trouble finding the right building, so directions were not that clear.

For what we wanted location was fine, and the suites were roomy and the beds comfy.

The 3 stars are for the staff. They are friendly. However, the place is dirty and dusty outside and inside the buildings. WiFi connection is poor to failed except for the main building. The door lock often stuck and hard to open. That is dangerous if the guests need to leave asap due to emergency. A motel of half of the price has better quality. I will never stay any hotel of Sonesta again.

The beds were bad , very dirty , not the same as pictures , wife and kids had to sleep in car and checked out morning .

Nothing was very dirty , was blood and urine in the sofa bed mattress , very bad , not clean my wife was very upset slept in the car checked out next day still trying to get my money back .
