The fact that we still haven’t received our deposit back we check-in. March 23 and check-out March 24 . Told our deposit would take 10 business day to get to our account today is April 17th still no return of deposit. How can you have a sofa bed in a suite without sheets on it no flat sheet no fitted sheet Duvet cover on bed had stains.

The only negatives were that we had to wait three hours for our rooms to be ready(this was remedied by hotel staff) and that the beds were just a little uncomfortable. The pillows were great, the shower was hot, and we got complimentary breakfasts for our wait so 🤷🏿‍♀️ It was a win-win for us👍🏿

The best part of our stay was definitely the staff! Although we had a three hour wait to check in the staff handled us and other guests kindly and courteously to the best of their ability. 10/10 and wishing raises for them all!

The jacuzzi had algae in it with no sign for people to not enter. The indoor pool was using the same water (connected) as the outdoor pool so the water was freezing and dirty. They gave us towels and sheets with stains on them.

The location was perfect 20 mins to mall of GA an 30 mins to ATL.

They only had two Elevator working when I vist they do have 4, but two were down when I visited, so it made it longer wait to get to my floor. Parking could be better but it's horrible.

The place was not too bad when you first came in they get you situated.

Duvet covers had stains on them. And bathroom in room 724 the bath need an upgrade. We also had room 1724 the suite we had a king bed and sofa bed, sofa bed had no sheet on it . And no extra sheet were left in closet to make that sofa bed. Also up on checking in, we were told that our deposit will be ready for us when checking out. We still haven’t received our deposit back for both rooms.

Have trouble with ice machines. Had to go to 3 different floors to finally get it. Parking is horrible if you arrive late or leave out and come back late...after 10pm parking non existent....

Overall, it's decent...close to I85 and places to eat etc. I usually pick it whenever I visit.

The front staff shouldn't talk bad about other guests, to guest checking in.. just because you don't understand their hobby. Know what rooms have what set up, so you don't have to move guests Make sure the AC actually works, and there's no rotted out ceiling. Very attractive. Get access to more parking spaces.

The workout room and pool area was nasty. I also preferred a few more towels in the room we were only provided 1 each for a 3 day stay.

A little worn. Could use an upgrade and facelift on the guest floors. Toiletries were bare minimum. Shower never got hot, just warm and the flow was weak. The lamp plug in was halfway out the lamp. Staff was nice but the rooms definitely could be improved.

you should update your website because a couple of things on there isn't right like your airport shuttle that wasn't offered and it said daily housekeeping and we only saw them on Sunday at 10am and we checked in on Friday and they informed me about the incidental hold but I wasn't told it was per night and I didnt see it posted anywhere and the rooms could you a little more light and the toilet was very noisy when flushed

I loved everything about the hotel the location was walkable I felt safe in the area the decor was amazing it was clean there was a restaurant/bar on site front desk was courteous and very friendly always a smile with a greeting the room was comfortable and had everything I needed

Check in time is late. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable very soft a bit lumpy. Shower was not so clean. The room was a bit dark not a lot of light. The air unit in the room was directly facing the bed which did not help my sinuses. And if the toilet seat was wobbly. And did not flush well.

Quietness at the location and the room. Stuff that greeted me was polite. The size of the bed was acceptable.

No breakfast as much as you pay for a room the breakfast should be included. If I don’t stay again that would be my main reason.

Nice rooms bed were comfortable. It was clean not many channels on the tv but it was ok. Some of the workers were nice but one had an attitude when you asked her a question she would snap at you and she had a smart mouth.
