Some amenities and furniture were either broken or unusable upon arrival. Maintenance immediately came to repair though but we had to notify them so that we were not accessed those damages and lose our deposit.

I love the design of the deluxe room. Very spacious.

Bathroom a little "bijou" The lounge is pretty much on the floor Didn't like the tables for breakfast being dotted around the reception foyer Asked on multiple occasions for shower gel .. empty on arrival, front desk said it would be replaced by housekeeping, housekeeping said there was none and it wouldn't be replaced Fridge doesn't have a freezer Needs better lighting over the vanity/sink which is outside the bathroom.

Most of the staff were friendly, some not so much . There was no milk or toast bread for breakfast, they are pretty basic breakfast items . All in all , it was a good place to stay

My room was across from the stairs exit door so it was rather noisy when people would go in and out of there. Especially since the elevator was down during one of the nights of my stay. They have 2 elevators and 1 was only working when I arrived. However, the one that was working was down the next day, but they had no sign to say it was out of order. I found out until I went looking for staff to ask, since nobody was at the front desk. It would be great if you guys put a sign when the working elevator is out of order too and put signs to where your stairs are located in case nobody is at the front desk. The location is a bit sketchy. There was druggies outside in the parking lot when I arrived and the surrounding streets of the hotel look beat down. I should have checked the area before booking, but nonetheless, I was fine. I just wouldn't feel safe walking outside alone at night to walk to the surrounding stores/restaurant in the same lot as the hotel.

My stay in the Deluxe King Room was extremely comfortable. Very spacious and I liked the option of having a kitchen sink area and a mini fridge in the room. The water pressure in the shower was great. The bed was dreamy and the sofa was great to lounge during the day/night.

Our bathroom had some humidity damage and the ceiling was peeling a bit. Also, the carpets look like they can do for a cleaning. The pool had leaves and debris in it and there was no cover for the lounge chairs so we decided not to use it.

The hotel is not new, authentic, dark. When brushing my teeth and rinsing my mouth with water from the tap, the water had a musty smell and taste.

Free parking and breakfasts included (boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes and waffles, oatmeal). Pleasant staff. The location of the hotel is good, near the highway, to the city center about 10-15 minutes.

They reception didn’t have the right info about their mailing address , they only had starfoam cups for tea and coffee , which are so unhealthy and their coffee machines in the room were very poor quality plus breakfast was very basic .

There was no secondary look on our hotel door and the phone didn’t work in our room. That made me feel uneasy and not that safe. When I brought to the front desk attention, I was told “I’m getting off right now the next person can help you.” The first room that we were put in had shoes from a previous guest, hinting the room hadn’t been clean properly. They did change our room. The new room was fairly clean, but had safety concerns.

Overall, it is a good value for your money. Location is pretty good; close to hot spots in Austin. Great free breakfast. Lots of parking. Rooms are very big and spacious. Fairly clean.

The elevators were out of order. The maintenance personnel was initially uncooperative until I explained to him that my husband uses a wheelchair and couldn't possibly walk down the stairs. After some reluctance, he managed to fix the elevator so my husband could get to the ground floor. I then requested a room on the first floor, which was arranged for us.
