We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaSupposedly, the room rate included breakfast until 10 a.m. Apparently, the only offering was a sandwich, and at 8 a.m., there were none. The coffee was cold. My family had recently stayed for a month at a Sonesta in Dallas, and it had full made-to-order breakfast. We were on a long road trip, and the expectation of that full breakfast is why I chose the Sonesta. Very disappointing. The front desk was friendly, though she did make an "OH, this is a third-party booking" comment that was completely unnecessary.
Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.

United States of AmericaThe pet fee is $75, which seems exorbitant, particularly on a room that’s $100/night. For those who are sqeemish about security, good to be aware that many rooms have glass sliding door that opens to the parking lot.
It was easy to get to, and the price was good for what it was.

THERE WERE TWO UNAPPROVED CHARGES ON A VISA CREDIT CARD I HAD TO USE AFTER ARRIVING. THE UNAPPROVED CHARGES WERE $47.74 (9/23) & $167.78 TODAY (9/24). The dude at the desk would not tell me what the charges were for allegedly since booked through booking.com. NEED TO HAVE THESE CHARGES, ALONG WITH THE UNEXPECTED $100 (to be a FULLY REFUNDABLE FEE FOR POTENTIAL ROOM DAMAGE) CHARGED WHEN WE LANDED.

My room was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very large, nicely decorated lobby with several sitting areas to meet with friends or family.

United States of America1. The room air was and remained stuffy and mildewy. All three of us suffered with severe allergy symptoms while in the room. Allergy symptoms reduced dramatically within minutes after leaving the room. I believe the room's air filtration system needs to be inspected, deep cleaned, and the room needs total airing out. 2. The room remained humid even after cranking the AC down to 60 degrees. I believe the AC unit needs upgrading. No matter how cold the room got, the bed got hot even after kicking the sheets off. Perhaps the position of the bed to the AC has something to do with it. 3. The television is tiny and outdated. No ability to connect our Prime video streaming to the TV. Since the channels had nothing to offer and nothing appropriate for children, being able to stream services to the TV would have been a decent option. 4. The doors to the room needs replacing. When opening or closing, they would stick and make a lot of noise opening no matter how careful you were with it. 5. No free breakfast. When the quality of hotel does not surpass the quality of equivalent hotels such as Holiday Inn Express, the least the hotel could offer is free breakfast. Of course, they never claimed they had free breakfast, so I can only offer this as a suggestion not a real complaint. 6. Lobby coffee was not hot and the coffee station was messy and dirty. If offered, the coffee should be hot and the station should be clean. 7. Pillows need replacing. They seemed very worn. Had to buy my own pillows just to get comfortable. 8. Replace and upgrade the extraction fan in the bathroom. The current extraction fan in the bathroom is one of the cheapest that can be purchased but it is VERY noisy. When the light switch is on the outside of the toilet/shower area, having a very quiet extraction fan is very important so as not to disturb and wake the others in the room. Note: the light and fan switch are not separate. One switch turns both on. 9.
We were greeted by the desk staff very politely. Overall, the room appeared clean to include the bathroom.

My spouse and I really enjoyed our stay. It’s unfortunate though whenever someone was in the hallway it was suuuper loud like they were talking in our room. Room stayed cold, water got hot fast and bed was comfortable. Definitely will come back next time we come to Chattanooga.
