The construction around prevented us from parking near our room and the room smelt , maybe it was a smoking room I dunno but by the time we got in and around I was to exhausted to ask to switch….. the desk guy was sweet but just the area around the hotel needs updating as well as the rooms , my husband could hardly move in the bathroom, to small with the door by the toilet

Location was easy to access the highway which was good but you could also hear the highway… breakfast was adequate, cold eggs and coffee wasn’t working but the gal tried to make everything right and we were thankful for that

The overall impression was the facility was not well kept. Below par.

The room was sufficiently clean but condition was poor. The tub was not inviting and walls deteriorated.

The hotel kept trying to charge my card for the room when I already had told them I pick pay at the facility they try to charge my Card 3 times but luckily I had it locked

Booked months in advance and when I arrived they had to call managers and were saying they don’t have a room or my name and discarded my print out and screenshot of the confirmation ticket. Took bout 30-40 mins just to get my room.

It was definitely sketch but it was cheap and a motel so what would I expect

The view was an alley behind a shopping center. Toilet did not flush well and towel rack was about to detach from wall.

It was close to restaurants and antique malls.

The TV didn't work, bathroom door didn't shut and there was a strong smell when we first got in the room. It did start to go away as the room cooled off.

The room was a little musty, the parking lot was filthy, and it was extremely hard to park in due to the fencing on the construction site next door. The breakfast was a little slim picking. I drink tea there was hot water but no tea bags. Also, there was no orange juice. The property excepted pets, but there was virtually no grass to walk the pet.

The location was convenient to the interstate, and the price was good for just a stop over.

Part of motel was booked by a business with a fleet of large, noisy trucks. Their noise was obtrusive. Ongoing construction on adjacent parcel made access tricky. Entry drive from main street poorly marked and junky. No elevator, only stairsteps. Shower went cold when water was turned on in adjacent units. No guide to TV channels, nor instructions how to find one on-screen.

Rooms nicely appointed, apparently newly renovated. Staff was friendly; everything worked well;.

The toilet was loose & rocked. A piece of plastic was placed under the stool to help keep it stable. I got to the motel @ 1am. I wanted a late check out which was notated online for 11-12 noon. The night clerk was rude/ curt & told me we don't. do late check out. She continued saying " It doesn't matter what was on line." After filling out paperwork the clerk. then said I'll let you do it. The clerk was not hospitable or polite. She needs training in hospitality.

There were people smoking weed all over, very strong smell. We requested non-smoking room, which I thought all hotels were now, and first thing we smelled when we opened the door was cigarette and marijuana smoke. The floor was filthy and sticky. The rest of the room was clean. The photo is from the floor, we tried to clean the sticky off the floor. 😟

The location is just off the highway.
