I wish the indoor pool had been much warmer. My sister, visiting me, couldn't even swim. It was so cold for an indoor pool. If there had been a spa, it would've evened out the coldness of the pool. The kids, however, were fine with it and enjoyed swimming for a couple of hours.

I checked in on a holiday evening, and almost everything was closed. I wasn't sure where to go for something to eat. I asked the person working at the front desk about the area, and he offered me an extra pepperoni pizza he had already there! I prefer vegetarian meals, but I TRULY appreciated the offer. Very kind... 🙏

A walk in shower would be nice, but it was ok.

The electricity went out at my mother's home and was expected to be out in her area for several days. I was looking for something nice and close, but not too close because we'd already had the power go out at one hotel! I was so happy to find Springfield. It was close to home, the staff was so nice, the room was nice and had everything she needed.

I wish it may have been specified that the hotel we were at has a pool that’s currently under renovations, it sufficed being able to walk to the location next door and use theirs, would’ve preferred not having to walk through the parking lot to use it however.

This hotel got chosen specifically because it has an indoor pool, also breakfast was a great option to have although we didn’t participate.

Price for the area is high. Roseville is not a travel destination and hotel prices should be lower by 20-25% for the area.

The exercise room was very small and both of the treadmills were not working. That was a real downside.

It was in a convenient location. Everyone that worked there was super nice and helpful!

There was no full mattress cover. It appeared someone vomited down the side of the bed which is disgusting. There was a half empty water bottle that was left in the fridge from the previous guest so I assume the room wasn’t cleaned well. The body wash dispenser was broken and sharp making it difficult to get soap out so we had to call for another. We were giving 2 half rolls of toilet paper.

Breakfast was okay . We got a bagel and orange juice the line for the waffles was to long and the oatmeal was slimy but we didn’t expect much so we were happy with what we got. The pool was nice but it was very cold and the water is not heated. It was only 14 minutes from thunder valley casino. We went to a concert so that was the purpose of our visit.

The way check-in was handled by recommending that we leave the facility (which we did) before the situation was resolved. We have experienced misspellings of my surname at other lodging locations, but this is the first time we have been asked to go elsewhere.

After resolving our leaving the hotel at the request to go somewhere else due to a reservation misspelling of my surname the hotel provided all the services we expected.

There was a little bit of rust in the shower. Minor and an easy fix for the hotel.

Close to ThunderValley casino. Lot's of restaurants close by. Breakfast was good. Mary who helped serve breakfast was so kind and pleasant.

I asked to be relocated because my room air conditioner was picking up the cigarette smoke. As a heart patient with respiratory issues, being close to cigarette smoke is not ideal for me. In my new room it was fine until a couple days later cigarette smoke was coming through the air conditioner again. It turns out my room was located right next to the outdoor ashtray.

The staff that checked me in, Chaz and Araya, were great. They were personable, friendly and very helpful. I was able to use the swimming pool a couple times and it was very nice. The perfect temperature for a senior woman! I also like the fact that it was very quiet.

the sofa was incredibly dirty. so many visible stains, spots and spills. we didn’t sit on it because it looked so gross. I don’t think they cleaned the shower because there was a USED bar of soap in the shower. the carpets looked pretty dirty too.

location is good, bed was comfy, mini kitchen area is nice, coffee maker and microwave is good.

front desk staff, especially one lady in particular, was less then helpful and had a poor attitude. She seemed like I was bothering her when I told her that one of the doors to come into the lobby wasn't working and that me and my wife had to walk all the way around the building to come into the building in the rain .
