Too many roaches! Everywhere. Walls the bathroom floor beds. Made the experience sub par.

The rooms are horrible. They aren’t cleaned well at all, the first one smelled of strong pee the which shocked me because it’s flooring no carpet. That let me know they hadn’t cleaned or mopped that room in so long. I saw a couple of roaches & the tub was so disgusting I wouldn’t bathe my dog in it if I had too!

The front desk clerks were nice & the location was great!

the tub didn't have a good flow and we had to buy the wifi in order to watch tv and there weren't any ash trays for the smoking room

the location wasn't far from where we wanted to go and the bed was very comfortable and we could smoke in the room which was great because we didn't have to look for a designated smoking area

They cancelled my booking after 6 when they tried to run the card when in booking.clm it was pay at the property. I had to pay 1 night regular price and they I had to book again with booking.com to get the 3 day weekend. When my booking was the 3 day weekend. I had to pay double for Friday. Booking.com was supposed to help me but they didn't do anything. I had to figure it out on my own but wasted more money

Cleanliness and location

No cameras or active security at night. My car was damaged and it caught someone looking into cars with their phone flashlight. I let front office know in the am but she clearly didn’t care about either situation.

The location. With it being close to the i10 nearby made getting around easy. Minus the construction.

As I had mentioned above-- I stayed here again on my way back to the airport. This time I received a room that should have never been assigned to anyone. I think it had just been repainted. This room had lights...but not even coffee for the coffee maker. Who ever had moved the television for painting thought that you just had to pull the cable out of the wall---which was not the case--sooo they had ripped the television cable out of it's cable connection.. sooo at first I had no television...when I called the front desk,, they said there were no more rooms....sooo,, I inserted the wire of the cable into the hole in the wall and kept it in place with the wooden dresser... it worked for the one night I would be staying.... The room had the strong smell of having just been painted...the bed was good enough.. again the heat worked well.

I stayed twice,, once when I arrived in AZ,, and once when I was heading home. The first room I received, was good.. I arrived late and the room was clean and the heat worked fine. The mattress had seen better days,, but it was good enough. The room didn't really have any lights..it had lights,, but they were only 15 watt bulbs. The only real light was the over head light in the kitchen. There were also no utensils in the kitchen. But,, I travel alot---so I had enough of my own stuff to survive one night... The stay was fine--it was quite,, yet next to the inter-state.

I didn't watch TV much, but there was a huge crack on the screen.

I didn't like the manager. She was rude and proven to be a liar. Upon checking in we were told there were no ground floor rooms available, however, after we found a bed bug in our upper level room, we were moved to a ground floor room...smh

The location was nice and the outside was very well kept, clean.

The neighborhood was a little sketchy. It's an extended-stay hotel, so you get a different type of clientele. Many nights there was a lot of noise in the parking lot at all hours. I didn't feel comfortable taking a walk by myself.

There was a full kitchen in our unit, which was a huge bonus. The room was clean and everything worked great. They provided us with a tub of dishes for our week-long stay.

The lady in the office how she takes peoples money and with Christmas around the corner you would think some would have a heart but that’s why this world is full of people who think there better than everyone else. I’m going to the better business bureau and even though I may not get my deposit back which I think that is done janky #%$ that she pulled it will still go against them. No reason to keep my money. I don’t care about no fine print. Not when we were going to pay and turn around and take my $50 deposit!! Bad service beware

The room had a odor of mold and a urine smell that on the other handle made the room feel uncomfortable

The room wasn’t fully clean, crumbs on floor, hair on shower wall. Mattress not good. Ad playing in lobby says dogs stay free, front desk agent says oh I don’t know maybe that is for corporate owned hotels, not franchises. That’s fine but don’t play the ad in your lobby.

The AC unit was not that good. The room never got cold so it was 80 in there and only the bed closest to the unit was comfortable.

The motel apparently rents by the month as well, so there were people living there, smoking outside and partying by the dumpster.

Room was clean. It had a kitchenette with a large fridge and sink, which was awesome. Location is right off the freeway. Perfect for our needs and I would recommend for the right traveler.
