Advertised "kitchenette with dishwasher". there were cabinets but NO dishes, utensils or a dishwasher. Big closet, NO hangers. The one "nice" chair was falling apart.

The room was nice. Bathroom was good, but towels were thin. Windows were nice and large, but very dirty.

ok asked for 3 extra pillows before arrival. where not in the room. Towels are so thin and ruff like it feels like your drying your body with sand paper. but the worst was the shower, no power or pressure. took 30 min just to shower and had to get a cup to fill with water to rinse my lower body and other parts. told front desk said the would send someone to get it fixed never did.. I am glad my sister was staying at a nearby hotel so me and my wife took showers at that hotel such an inconvenience. and we like it there at sun chase but this weekend was a bad stay for us.

This is not necessarily a con, but just some additional comments. The building itself looks worn and it does show it’s age in some areas such as outside, lobby, and parking space. The parking space can be confusing and somewhat uncomfortable to manage, but it was not a big deal for the days I stayed (personally). Another thing, there is some furniture in the room that needs a change such as the sofa and some chairs. However, the price was very compared to the good experience you can have here.

The SPACE. As a traveler that’s been to a lot of different hotels, inns, motels, and condos, I’ve seen all different types of rooms and accommodations. I can guarantee that the space these rooms have is great for those traveling in large groups like families. There is large closet space, especially in the suites. The pool was small but it was a good size and most of the time it wasn’t overly crowded. The hot tub is always nice and the location is great. There’s a lot of food places nearby along with shops. The price is definitely worth it since most days it is very low. The STAFF deserves an honorable mention since they were very nice and accommodating as well. The hot water is great and each room does come with a microwave and fridge as well as coffee machine.

There was a lot of mirrors in the hallways and the pool was hot since the hot tub water runs down the “rocky waterfall” connected to it.

It was wonderful, just a bit confusing when it came to finding the ice machine.

The rooms were really dirty with stains on the couch and there was a supposed feces stain on the sofa bed. Felt extremely dirty staying there.

It was a good location near food and near a gift shop. They had a parking. Garage which is nice in case if it rained.

We could not enjoy the pool with our family because there were a bunch of teens in it drinking and saying things that were highly inappropriate

The tv was very small. The bathroom door jammed making it very difficult to open!

Our room key did not work very well, we kept having to enter it and pull it out a few times until it took and we were then able to open the door. Also, there's no place to put the soap, washcloth nor shampoo in the shower, there are no cubbies.

The staff was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable, except one of them made squeaking sounds whenever we got off of it.

Free Wifi was not available at all (wouldn’t even show up on the list) number of towels/toiletries provided for a couple could have been doubled up.

No water to the kitchenette sink. The thermostat on the AC / Htr didnt work. Very limited and lousy TV channel line up. Towels and toiletries could have been better.

Room was very roomy. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Shower was roomy. Coffee and referigerator worked well.

The pool/hot tub doesn't open until 10 am and even then got turned away our 1st morning there because they still needed to clean up from the night before. They had plenty of time when u have a 10 am opening to do it...also house keeping didn't even have toliet paper to give us until later in the day. It seems everyone is on Island time and nobody cares.

The hot tub was warm...not HOT but compared to hotels around in this price range (even more pricey ones ) this was one of the better ones.
