Bunk beds were not comfortable. Wear and tear obvious around sinks. Elevator was very slow.

King bed was very comfortable. Close to theme parks. Restaurants around hotel were close and easily accessible.

Breakfast could be better. The breakfast was repeated every day and so it got pretty tiring very quickly.

The location was perfect. Lots of restaurants around, and Disney was a few minutes away. Staff are super friendly and welcoming.

The hotel was on the older side and you can tell it has been heavily used (still clean though). The room could use a little updating and a new mattress.

The Heating was broke. Very cold night ( 50F). The hall noise all night long, unbearable. CAN´T SLEEP

Only one transportation in the morning to Epcot and one pick up at night...but it was very nice at least to have the transportation included.

Staff, especially Gretl at front desk. Very friendly and helpful staff. Proximity to restaurants, gas station, convenience store!! All right out the front door. Also, free convenient parking.

The breakfast was served from 6h30AM to 9AM, and every day about 8h30Am to 8h50, the place got so so croweded with lones and guests trying to get the food they still could find, as thei stopped replacing what had endede at 8h30 and at 9 sharp they stopped serving and even started taking away a litlle bafore 9AM I REALLY think they should serve breakfast until 10AM... The room had an ols carpet that smelled basly, and the mini fridge is too little... if you could take the old carpet off and buy refrigerators the room will be real nice as it shpuld.... 🔝

LUGGAGE STORAGE IS UNSAFE. ANYONE COULD TAKE YOUR BAGS SINCE THEY DO NOT PROVIDE ANY TICKETFOR YOU TO CLAIM THEM BACK. THEY DO NOT CROSS CHECK BAGS WHEN PEOPLE CLAIM THEM.

HAVING COFFEE ALL THE TIME AT RECEPTION IS A PLUS. I LIKED THAT. HOTEL IS OLD BUT WELL MAINTAINED AND CLEAN. IT IS NEXT TO KFC, PIZZA HUT AND WAWA SO YOU WILL NOT FACE DIFFICULTIES FINDING FOOD AROUND. BREAKFAST IS GOOD. HOUSEKEEPING IS GREAT. ALL STAFF ARE SUPER ATTENTIVE AND WELCOMING. LOVED MY STAY THERE. SLIGHTLY NOISY A/C UNIT BUT I COULD SLEEP WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS

The property seemed little old and closest parking was always full but it didn't matter much since there was ample parking at less than a minute walking in the same premises.

Our room had a separate section for kids with their separate tv and bunk beds. My kids loved it. Hot breakfast was available and my younger one loved the cheese omelet. The property was very close to both Disney parks as well as Universal studio.

Though it is an older hotel everything is alright. The hotelroom is spacy, the bathroom and towels good and the personel helpfull.

Only one small inconvenience; not being able to check in upon arrival. The hotel was booked, it was a holiday, and in all fairness, the front dedk staff was very accommodating in holding our belongings while we continued our day.

The room was very clean, especially the beds and linens. We loved the privacy and convenience of the bunk bed space. Highly recommend it if you have young children.

Room smelled. I know they are taking out the rugs. No local TV channels. Need digital antenna. Elevator very slow. My wife said she would like a hi definition mirror in the bathroom.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Loved it. It has microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom was also spacious and nice. The only thing was that for a short stay we get lazy to call desk for refilling the facial tissues, would be beneficial if they were prefilled without asking for it.
