To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaI have stayed here multiple times in the past I love the location, upon entering my room the shelve was broken, floor did not look clean, rust was present on the furniture, head board was ripped in multiple places, and bed was super low to the ground ( not like the other rooms I have stayed in previously)
I like the location, because it’s towards the end of ocean blvd the walks on the beach are amazing.

The customer service was great and they were very welcoming giving the conditions of the remodel. Mr. Will at the front desk was awesome and really supportive. This was our second hotel we had to purchase in the same day due to Booking not having the correct photos available

United States of AmericaThe first day entering the room it looked semi clean, more like a rush, cleanup job .The sheets on the bed had stains on them. So I just went and purchased my own sheets.
The staff was very nice and friendly during checking in and check out. I love the scenery. I had a oceanfront room on the 15th floor.

When we checked in, was told that we had a $50.00 cleaning deposit! I was told that I would get that back in 2 to 3 days. That's been about 2 weeks ago & still have not received it. My room was definitely left clean! I won't go back there!😡
