The parking deck and front entrance of the hotel was a hassle getting into the parking deck due to the front desk traffic. Everything about this property from the rooms, pool, parking deck, elevators, bathrooms were really really tight and small in size. The wifi didn’t connect 2nts out of our stay. The indoor pool was VERY difficult to find inside of the hotel, and the remodeling construction was being done during our stay so the outdoor pool was closed. Not to mention there was no hot tub at this property which was disappointing. The staff that was there during our stay wasn’t really helpful nor friendly when checking in and when we asked for extra towels. The price was fair I suppose but you could get more at other properties at a similar price. I doubt that I’d stay at this property again in Myrtle Beach.

I had room 902 the shower glass door only worked from one way, and upon entrance there was fingernail polish on the floor and balcony… which luckily I took photos and videos of because guess what I’m waiting to hear from DM about getting my deposit back cause i definitely didn’t do the polish and that’s the only logically thing I could think of for them holding it. I did kill two roaches but the beds slept great 😂 , still doing renovations , and the parking to get checked in along with the people leaving the parking deck it’s best to gone and park prior to save the headache 🤕

Well for one I had to wait til 4 p.m to check into the room when i asked for an earlier check in because i had kids! We arrived @ 2 p.m. So we asked for the pool and bar areas and they both were closed for repairs! The inside pool area was hard to get to and the pool was dirty and cold. When they said it was a heat pool! The room was fairly clean and the bed sheet/cover was thin. Then to get up to someone walking into the room before checking out because she said it was supposed to be empty! What the hell!!

Well it was close to the beach in walking distance! The staff was friendly.

Parking ramp filthy and scary at nite extremely poor lighting. Elevators very very dirty inside and out. My curtain soiled and stained Windows inside bad.Old and took away from the room.

No one told us there was construction going on and the outdoor pool was empty when booking. We couldn’t find the indoor pool. Someone said u had to use stairs to get there.

The property had an odor as soon as we walked in. When we got to our room there was a distinct odor of marijuana. It was stuck in the pillows and linens so much so that we left at 3am because I could not sleep.

Renisha at the front desk was excellent. Our room wasn’t quite ready but she was able to move us to another room so that my daughter was able to get ready on time for her competition. There was a nice outdoor bar and deck area. The shower had been remodeled and was nice.

I have stayed here multiple times in the past I love the location, upon entering my room the shelve was broken, floor did not look clean, rust was present on the furniture, head board was ripped in multiple places, and bed was super low to the ground ( not like the other rooms I have stayed in previously)

I like the location, because it’s towards the end of ocean blvd the walks on the beach are amazing.

The fact that we couldn't enjoy the pool or restaurant due to renovations and it wasnt resort like but we still had to pay the fees.

The customer service was great and they were very welcoming giving the conditions of the remodel. Mr. Will at the front desk was awesome and really supportive. This was our second hotel we had to purchase in the same day due to Booking not having the correct photos available

The first day entering the room it looked semi clean, more like a rush, cleanup job .The sheets on the bed had stains on them. So I just went and purchased my own sheets.

The staff was very nice and friendly during checking in and check out. I love the scenery. I had a oceanfront room on the 15th floor.

Under construction. Construction took the feeling out of the hotel. It looked junky and cluttered outside. I assume a fraternity or a group of college kids were there making excessive noise through hallways and on balcony. Also throwing things at other visitors off balconies

Fire alarm woke us up around 4:00AM,& we had to sit in the lounge for an hour. No one could ever tell us what was going on! When we checked in, was told that we had a $50.00 cleaning deposit! I was told that I would get that back in 2 to 3 days. That's been about 2 weeks ago & still have not received it. My room was definitely left clean! I won't go back there!😡

The parking was terrible. The room was newly remodeled but wasn't finished, tv didn't work, no phone, door latch needed a striker, balcony latch was broke,balcony was filthy, hallways smelled like pot.
