The hotel has great potential and the staff was friendly. But the staff needs better training in cleaning. First impressions are important. When we first got there, there was a pile of dirty towels outside the bathrooms. And the bathrooms themselves were filthy. There were 3 people behind the desk and we saw another 3 young uyd that worked there just walking around. Instead of doing that, they could be cleaning the bathrooms and mopping the floors. If everyone pitched in, things could look much more presentable.

The location was great. And so was the staff. The other guest were friendly as well.

Didn't like the loud noise from others going in and out. Needed a bigger TV in the room. Need updates. Some looked like were made but very noisy kept us awake.

Old, run down, not clean, Wi-Fi didn’t work, phone didn’t work, room safe didn’t work. Was promised rooms on the same floor as our friends that we booked with and were numerous floors apart. Said it came with kitchen and utensils. But the kitchen was empty unless you came with pots and pans it was useless. Not worth the cost of the upgraded room I paid for.

We had 2 roaches in our bathroom the last 2 days we were there. Other then that, the stay was nice

Bathroom door was broken. Latch the sliding door in bathroom was missing an attachment. Outdoor pool was freezing and indoor pool was unavailable at time of stay.

The outside of the building was out dated and looked rough. Our recepticals in our room did not work. The lamps were all powered by one single extention cord that my toddlers kept wanting to unplug because it was right as you came in the door. The handle to the balcony door was broken. The hotel shot off fireworks at midnight (both nights we were there) even though there is a sign outside that specifically says "no fireworks".

The resort was cleaner than we had anticipated inside. They had more to offer than was listed. Arcade, small snack and gift shop, bar and grill, and a pool. The receptionist was super nice and even upgraded our room for us after we got there. Parking garage and beach extremely close and easily accessible.

The cleanliness in the room in general was very bad. The kitchen sink stll had food in it and the counter tops were sticky. There was sand all over the floor. The beds had not been changed. I found old period and idk what type stains on the fitted shrets. Although Management did come to change all my bedding, this should have been done from before I walked into the room.

Management was great at handling my concerns. Great job.

All the furniture in our room and from what some of the other guests we meet the furniture needs major upgrades. Old and dungy looking and definitely worn out some were not even clean. Mattresses need replace, but were decent. Paint jobs in the rooms were good. Water leaks were rapid. This was a last minute trip, so we got what was not planned. Probably won't stay there again, unless this last minute thing happens again. 😬

Not that much, but I didn't leave. The bathroom was fabulous, especially the shower. Really the bathroom was by far the reason we didn't leave. Upgrades in the bathroom were on point. 👍

the hallways smelled like weed and you could not sit outside on the balcony without smelling weed being smoked . that was disappointing

The elevators was down from 4 to 2 so it took a while to get where you was going and only ice machine working was on the 15th floor. It took my son 40 mins to get the ice before he made it to the lobby.

The person who was at the desk when I checked in was a dark-skinned girl, she was in a bad mood, she didn't greet me. it was not nice I felt that she made me racist because she thought that I do not speak English

Looby doesnt look like the pictures. Checked in early with lobby, they never called when room was ready. Parking garage is super small. (Only one way in. One way out.) Too many flies by the bar area, super annoying when trying to enjoy a meal/drinks. Bar has automatic 18% gratuity to bill. You will get constant fliers at your room. Elevator is slow.outdoor Pool was closed Friday. It's not close to strip, so if your looking for shops/restaurants gotta go a few blocks/miles up.

Was disappointed the outdoor pool was shut down. We literally only got one day to swim in it. Was told by staff a part was ordered and didn’t know when they would get it. When your traveling with younger children you need to be able to go back and forth from ocean to pool due to heat. I understand things happen…. There is a small indoor pool. It’s meh. None of the ice machines work. None of the outdoor showers worked. One barely sprinkled water. This is not a negative but anyone who has a hard time getting around just know you have to park on parking deck, go to 2nd floor deck ,to elevator to lobby and then get on a separate elevator to room. Grab a cart after you check in because it’s a long walk from garage to elevators.

I’m not one to leave reviews. Just going to be honest. Loved being right on the beach. Tiki Bar was nice Staff very Nice Arcade was Fun Snack Bar was nice to have Air Conditioner Was Cold Maid Service was great
