Check in was a little rough. Young lady complained she was by herself and didn’t have to answer a few questions I had. Also she wanted to charge me for early check in. Never experienced that before.

Breakfast was descent. Location was great. Close to restaurants and downtown. Gas station was right across the street.

Bed was not comfortable. Parking was very tight, was hard to get in and out of a full size truck with someone parked right next to you.

Location was great, right off the freeway. Room was very quiet, the motel was packed and we really didn't hear anything.

Not a lot of plug in for cell phone charger when I looked there light was plugged in seen the light cord was broke they put wire nuts on it

The pool wasn’t clean, even though I was there during the fall it felt like summer for a couple coming form a much colder state, so we would have used it, if we could.

Upon check in we were greeted by a nice lady who also gave us tips of where to go for dinner or lunch. The room was quite spacious with TV, a table for two, a microwave with a small sink near it, and private bathroom. Our room also had windows facing the street which we could open for some fresh air on sunny days. Parking was free and plenty and they had a washer and dryer on site. They provide a complimentary breakfast but it only has waffles, some individually packed pastries, cereal, granola bars, coffee, milk and juice. No fresh fruits or eggs. Location was great, close to Auburn’s state parks, quick access to the highway, close to shops and restaurants.

I didn't like that my roof started leaking. And after being out all day and my brother's wedding. I had to come back, pack up my room and move it to another location. Consoled my belongings were wet. I didn't like that they didn't reimburse me at least a 1/2 of a day. And when we switched rooms I didn't like that a Housekeeper walked in on me and my husband in. Bed naked. Yes, I should have locked the door but they'd never knocked or gave any warning. On the website, it clearly states. Housekeepers will not be cleaning your room due to lack of housekeepers. So why did they come into my room? Then after talking to the front desk about that. They were said that they are sorry and they would never do that. Again, I don't think anything will be resolved about that, but it is what it is.

I liked that their rooms were really clean and was really easy to get in there. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the facility was pretty quiet.

Micro and mini fridge in the room were not advertised. This would have made a difference in how I planned meals and what I brought with me. (Maybe not all the rooms have them??) That's my only real criticism. If I were being nitpicky I'd say it would have been nice to have tea bags in the room (not a coffee drinker) and adjustable heat. (The heat was pre-set and the fan was on 24/7.)

Very clean. Polite & friendly staff. Quiet room. Comfortable bed. Ample space. Well maintained. Great location close to restaurants, Ikeda's produce stand, gas station, and my meeting location. The micro & mini fridge in the room were not advertised, so they were a pleasant surprise.

The entrance to the driveway had a number of big trucks outside on the side road - gives a different ambience, if you know what I mean. Towards late evening there were 3 guys standing just outside their room and smoking w**d. They werent loud or anything but you dont expect this when travelling with family/kids.

Decent overnight stay. The check in staff was very polite and good natured. The included breakfast had a waffle machine, coffee, juice, cereals and some packaged cinnamon rolls.

Very convenient, quiet, and affordable. Nice small property that seems pretty well maintained. Room 223 was comfortable for us. They had free self serve Belgian waffles, cereal, oatmeal, packaged danishes, juices, and coffee for breakfast. The gentleman at the desk in the evening was very nice.

The staff was eager to have us as they tried to check us early and ask us when we were vacating. I believe it was an mis understanding when I went to rekey the card as it stopped working. They also walked by and looked in our window. Creepy.

We arrived later and used this motel for a halfway point on our way home. The property was quiet. My family was able to sleep in and have a peaceful night!
