United States of AmericaThe outside of this hotel is a complete dump. Trash in the parking lot, outdated and decrepit exterior, and simply nasty. The lobby smelled like weed and once I got beyond that smell, it reeked of cigarette smoke even though it is a smoke-free facility. The room next to me was bizarre - the door was ajar every time I passed by with a sign "Do not knock". What was that? The TV was on inside. So odd. I double locked my door overnight. Honestly, if they took some time to pick up trash outside and plant some flowers (and do something about the smoke smell), it wouldn't be that terrible.
Despite the dirty and run-down exterior, the room seemed to have been updated fairly recently. It was clean. It was fine in a pinch.

GermanyRude manager. My traveling schedule changed on Oct 14. And I had to leave one day in advance. So I went to the service desk and asked a gentleman, if I can check out on Oct 15 (Sunday) morning and get the fee for Oct 16 (single day) back. The answer was "yes". The gentleman told me that I can call booking to require the refund for the fee for Oct 16. Then booking will call Super 8 and the requirement can be completed. However, when I checked out on Oct 15, a madam from the service desk gave me another answer. She said that the refund is only possible with the agreement of the manager. I was kind of confused and write a mail to the manager. My request was refused by the manager, without apology. She should have apologized to me for the misleading answers as a manager.

We stayed 6 days with my family and team even don’t care when I placed a special request during my booking time for 1st floor room, still they gave me 2nd floor with lots stairs and walking room specially this building do not have elevator. I made 3 time requests different days to change the room to 1st floor they completely deny to help me anything even motel was not fully booked. People talked so loudly which you can hear even your room closed. Stuff fights and screams so loud front of the guests that’s very unusual and I ever seen before. Smells so strong of weed smoke entire lobby of where I have staying and no odor control inside the room either. Shower curtain was completely broken and it’s was extremely hard for us to take a shower because water splashing outside of the tub. We had use buckets to take hand shower and use water protect floor pad to avoid any water damage. Breakfast supplies was very simple. Coffee machine was broken during my 2nd day stay.I attempted to get coffee 1st day there was no cup, 2nd time cups was there but machine was not working! I had to ask front desk for toilet paper each time because they don’t clean if I stay continue at same room.that’s reason I made two separate bookings at least they can clean the room. Still didn’t work for me such a poor management and hospitality. They gave one roll each time then I gave up bought my own. They had bottles of containers shower wall but no shampoo and no body was even no hand washing supplied! All empty bottles for show only I guess. TV still outdated. I have knee problem and I my mom was disabled for walking I couldn’t take her out due to up and down issues and I had to cancel many of scheduled events for my knee pain due to this ups and downs many times during our stay. Bed and towels are very clean but floor and surface was not clean.bathroom is very small and room is very compact.
I have chosen due to my requirements of Cornell University and location is very convenient.

United States of AmericaThere was a strong smoking smell by the entrance. Breakfast was pathetic: only waffles, some grim looking muffins and some sort of cereal, we ended up going out. The cleaner smell in the room was a bit too strong. The bathroom was clean, but quite dated. There was trash on the hallway floor. We couldn’t find a way to fully turn off the TV, so it was our night light.
The room was very clean and comfortable.

IsraelThe beds were very uncomfortable! Had a hard time getting comfortable. We were 2 adults and a teen. The bed was not big enough for 2 adults! The mattresses were so soft, our bodies just sunk in…finally fell asleep towards the morning only to be woken by kids screaming and crying in the hall at 7 am ( the manager’s kids???)…
The room was decorated with photos of the falls. Coffee maker in the room.

United States of AmericaThe first room that we were given, was filthy- the floors, bathroom sink, mirror, and toilet were never cleaned between guests. The woman at the front desk, Chrissy, was wonderful though and quickly addressed the situation and assigned us another room and got someone on the situation with the other room immediately. The garbage outside the side door that you have to use to access rooms, was overflowing onto the ground, the smell was horrid and there were maggots on it.
The property has a great location. The commons (bars, shops, restaurants) is within a short walking distance and Wegmans is right next to it.

They seemed to think clients were interested in the details of their lives and their conversations were held outside our door which was opposite the laundry room at top volume. While standing n the lobby, the manager was swearing about guests (unknown) and dropping F-bombs and just behaving in a slightly off putting way. Staff seem to be bringing their children to the premises and they are running in hallways at 5/6am screaming and yelling their conversations outside our doors. I can sleep thru a bomb so it doesn’t faze me but this is not something that should be happening.
We LOVED the amazing shower. Water pressure, heat etc was wonderful. We needed a handicapped accessible room and it was very well planned. The bed was slightly uncomfortable but not bad. The towels are the softest I’ve had in a hotel in a while even compared to 4 star hotels. The room was very clean and I loved the vinyl flooring instead of carpet. I run hot and the superb Ac was appreciated
