Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No closet or ironing board. After traveling, it is nice to have an ironing board to smooth out wrinkles in clothing. -- but one was available by calling desk - it was not in the room.
Convenient location to reach the SNHU Arena for daughter's SNHU graduation. Basic bed, bath, TV small desk. Only needed a sleep space for the night.

The dining room was small. They let the breakfast items run out. Had wait for them to make coffee. Had to eat out in the lobby.
It was close to the event I was going to. The staff was friendly and polite.

The shower didn’t drain, there was still a towel and so much hair from previous occupancy, and the mini fridge was on a cushion.
It was convenient to the airport, restaurant nearby was delicious, and convenient store with all the necessities.

Hotel is set back and hidden. Only tiny signs pointing up a driveway. Lobby was trashy. No place to hang anything: no closet, no hanger, not even a hook for a coat during winter in New Hampshire!
Room was quiet. Nicely remodeled. Small, but sufficient for a one night stay.

I had to ask for more coffee pods because the room had only one regular and one decaf pod, not enough for two people. And I hate those powdered creamers! The hotel should supply real creamers upon request.

room smelled of smoke and strong chemicals though it was a non smoking room. Parking area trashed. Some crumbling wall around the heater. The room was hot when we arrived. We were able to turn the heat down.
Bed soft and comfortable. Room large. Parking area trashed. Good options at breakfast such as fresh fruit and yogurt.

Not sure who cleaned the room I stayed in but when I got to the room wen to the restroom someone had used it and hadn't been flushed there was urine all down the front on the toilet all kinds off small hairs in the tub crumbs in the floor I drove 13 hours and didn't complain to front desk I was tired and just wanted to sleep

Toilet wasn't flushing correctly but was useable. We were told that the hotel was going to be remodeled and it needs refreshing. Breakfast area was very small and worn. Trash bucket in breakfast room needed emptying and cleaning.
Beds were comfortable. Easy to adjust heat. Fine for a night stay. Staff was friendly.

Sketchy area and there was a family (parents? with small child and baby) parked on the side of the building with child playing in the mess, trash everywhere - disgusting. It appeared they where hollering up to a "guest". In the morning they were gone and area was cleaned up.

The room, sheets, and towels were spotless. It looked like there was sand or something in the shower (from the beach or lake) but no biggie. There was a strange smell in the hall as though someone was smoking but not tobacco or weed.

I understand it was under construction but it was dirty. The continental breakfast consisted of toast & coffee ? & there wasn’t any there at 630 in the morning it was all gone . There was a security deposit charged to my card that was never noted at booking . The desk clerk spent more time smoking out side than inside . Toilet was shimmed to the floor almost fell over when I sat in it . Blood on the sheets .

The property smelled of cigarette smoke, there was broken glass outside on the sidewalk and after bringing it up to the attendant it was not cleaned up the next morning at check out. My “security deposit” was not refunded which made the price even more expensive at the end of our stay.
