Few choices. I only saw sweet rolls, too much sugar for me. No yogurt or fruit, perhaps put out frozen and thawed fruit.

Place looks like its falling apart, handrails broken, holes in our room walls, nails sticking out of door jam, beds were falling apart, reserved 2 queens got 2 full beds, wish they 24 hour coffee, no towels at the pool, chair in room had arm falling off and broken, found things under bed that were not ours so room cleaning may not be 100%.

It was affordable for my family to stay on a mini vacation, staff was friendly enough, it was mostly quiet, had a working pool and hot tub.

Had the Deluxe Queen with a Hot Tub. Husband and I try and relax in the hot tub and there’s no hot water. Both exhaust fans were kinda loud

Close to town. Nice beds Breakfast Very convenient Office open till 11pm which is nice for out of towners

Desk person was rude, the bed was like a rock. The bath mat in the shower was so disgusting that we refused to get in it. There is no elevator so it was difficult for us to get our luggage up the stairs

'Welcome' was not particularly friendly and staff was unhelpful. Toilet did not flush well and sink plug got stuck. Seemed to be run by young people playing house, although the morning staff were much more friendly. Breakfast was fine.

The breakfast dining area was not the cleanest. The food was okay, but the kitchen area was very dirty. In the room, the molding at the bathroom door was loose and could be a safety hazard. Plug ins to plug in phones, hearing aids, etc were limited. In the parking lot, between the entrance door and the parking areas across from the hotel, water from an early rainstorm filled the lower lying area making it very difficult to get across to the parked car.

Fairly impersonal staff. The common areas were tired looking, including the pool.

Hallway was messy. Breakfast very poor. No protein choices. Just bread and sweets and not refilled in timely manner. We ended up just drinking coffee and going to breakfast elsewhere,

The hot tub heater wasn't working, and the sauna didn't work.

Friendly staff. Good location. We had issues with our bathroom. Staff moved us to another room and everything was just fine.

I like coffee available in lobby 24/7. ( it's in the breakfast nook 6-10) but there was a pot in the room. Housekeeping did not clean the room daily, which didn't bother me, but is worth mentioning. Trucks are power washed at the tsc next door, right outside the window but that's beyond the hotels control

Met my expectations, i wasnt expecting 5 star accommodations. Clean room, responsive thermostat. Hot tub and pool available. Sauna currently broke. Typical breakfast yogurt, bananas, cereal. hot and cold. Waffle maker. Overall good value

The woman at the front desk accidentally booked someone else in our same room after we checked in. They even had functioning keys to our room and walked in to find us unpacking. That could have been very embarrassing! I think the qoman working the front desk was very tired. Poor girl. I just wanted to send her home to get off her feet. She was willing to help, but just tired. Probably why she made the error about the rooms. Also, the humidity in the hotel was very very high. So much so that I could hardly sleep for getting chilled. Maybe it was just our room, but it wasn't comfortable for sleeping.

Excellent location. Great pool facilities. The best price in the area. Easy to book the rooms we needed. My husband and kids loved the breakfast. Breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful, and the biscuits and gravy were excellent.

I booked my stay with the wrong card and when I arrived they said it was declined. I offered to pay cash, but I was told they don't take cash. Hard to believe that an American business wouldn't take the American dollar. Thank goodness I had another card. The breakfast was the worst I experienced in all my travels. It couldn't even be called a breakfast. Though they were set up for a hot breakfast they didn't offer one. Cereal, baby muffins, and hard boiled eggs in the fridge. I don't think I will stay there again.

The room was nice, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was good and for the most part helpful. The parking for veterans by the entrance was much appreciated.

I booked my room in April, When booked I was told rollaway was available. I was told also the day before I would have a rollaway bed. My 70 year old friend slept on the floor. I was not happy about that. If there isn't available roll aways .they should always let a person know ahead of time

Nuts on toilet seat were missing - like sitting on a swivel chair. There was no “Do Not Disturb” sign to hang on door. No lids available for coffee cups so you could take a cup from breakfast area back to your room. Several small but noticeable things.

Room and common areas were clean despite high occupancy.
