The stay was good. The Caucasian male who checked us in upon our arrival on Friday, May 3rd at around 1130pm; was very very nice. I do not remember his name. Other staff was not as nice or didn't put forth the effort to make us feel as comfortable as he did. The ice machine ice tasted odd. Other than that, the stay was good. Thank you.

TV didn't work Bad air leak in the door, so it was cold. Not just a little, a lot. Turned on the heater and it smelled horrible. I could expect a bad smell when it's first turned on, after being off all summer. But not this.

The staff was exceptional, and helped us with an early check in. I liked being about to park right in front of our room.

Although it looks like the rooms were recently upgraded/improved, there were several maintenance issues that appear to be overlooked: > The in-wall HVAC unit was defective. It was unplugged when I arrived, presumably by housekeeping because it could not be turned on or off from the controls. Instead of changing rooms, I decided to just leave it alone. > The diverter for the shower (located on the tub water spout) is defective. It can not be fully activated, leading to very low shower water pressure, and a lot of water pouring out of the spout into the tub when the diverter was activated for the shower. > There were no pamphlets or booklets regarding connecting to Wi-Fi, using the multiple TV remotes, etc. Those would have been appreciated.

Front desk staff was very accommodating and responsive - excellent customer service skills! The elevated sink is an excellent improvement over other hotel bathrooms!

Could not watch tv due to no cable. Room did not have a microwave, refrigerator or coffee. For the price of the room those should have at least one of those options.

The bed didn't have a mattress pad, just a sheet and the cover underneath was gross. Stains. Yes I look under sheets to make sure no bugs. The shower/tub didn't work right. Pull the button to shower and it barely trickled, most still poured out the faucet no matter what I tried.

There wasn't any breakfast. But the checkin host was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and updated

The room could have been cleaner as far as the floors and floorboards. When you see that they could have been cleaner, it makes you wonder what else may have needed to be cleaner. I don’t particularly like the location, it seems a little rough. There’s a lot of movement/noise going on throughout the night. There’s always a strong smell of weed. I’ve stayed here three times, and all of this is always what I have experienced.

The room itself was okay as far as what it offered. Bed was comfortable/seemed clean.

Bathrooms need some attention. Showers were not the best~ hardly a trickle of water came out. Ice machines were empty. Bring your own pillows!

Location is great for visiting UD. Front staff was very friendly. looks like the rooms were updated recently. Beds were comfortable.

It was just a little rough around the edges for what I’m used to. The tub shower squealed and sprayed water, there was a pick up truck party in the parking lot and I couldn’t find NBC on the tv.

The ladies at the front desk were very nice. You can park right at your room door and the location is close to UD. I was moving my daughter in.

The location was pretty rough. The back parking lot was very bad. There was a lot of traffic (people) going on all night long.

The room itself was not too bad. It seemed to be clean. Our first room we had, the air conditioner was not working. However, we did get a new room to go to.

Our heat unit quit.. Our room was next to a vacant lot that was really trashy. Since my daughter & I were coming back late at night, it did not feel safe.

The bed was pretty uncomfortable, which you really don't notice unless you're there for multiple nights. Not a fan of the very limited items (towels, trash bags, etc) in the room, which never got changed or refreshed, and VERY bad response to fighting outside....

Good price, but I totally got why after the second night. It was clean, looked nice, etc.

The Room was a very great price, and the staff was extremely friendly. It was nice and quiet.
