No way to take a bath. We live in a camper we like to bathe in a tub when in hotels. No juice for breakfast, buy some if the machine is broke figure a way out no one wants nothing to drink with their food or state that at check in. Pool was open but cold and the hot tub was green and the bubbles didn't work but had good temp. The last night we was there the people above us was jumping around hitting the floor hard, I went to the front desk, the man told me he'd see what he could do but that it was the weekend and it was spring break , I knew it was spring break cuz I had children with me but my children were not hitting on the walls or jumping up and down or acting stupid running up and down the hallways. It is the responsibility of the hotel to make sure everybody's accommodations is met and I just think that was a poor choice of words but the banging\ thumbing above us did stop. Otherwise we were supposed the price matched the room and the hotel. Y'all have come a long way, the beds are comfortable, the night guy was nice and made sure to get us extra sheets for pull out couch, the room stayed cool and you couldn't hear much noise so lots of pluses too. Would stay again

it wasn’t clean I found stuff under the bed that didn’t belong to me . I had bed bugs and infected my family with bites that hurt. there is no breakfast only on Saturday n Sunday I was told

Room 103 is not fit to put anyone in. The noise from the highway is unbearable. We considered going to car to sleep. That room needs soundproofing or make a store room out of it.

Not very clean, truck traffic noise was really bad, breakfast was poor, not enough batter left to make a whole waffle, nothing in the refrigerator, no yogurt, no butter, out of syrup. I had to ask for two lightbulbs for two of the lamps in my room.

They had a pool indoor which most of the time is heated and it was not I feel like that should be put down on the website because that was the only reason we came to this hotel and the hot tub was broken so we didn’t get to even use it because it’s winter and the water was freezing. The location was fine it was by the main roads and the bed was really hard not much comfort didn’t really sleep that night

bed was HORRIBLE , ac barely worked, elevator made a very loud noise when it got to the 3rd floor and ice maker was out of order, breakfast was gross

The fact they served the same breakfast everyday, our key card didn't work like it should have, also the water for showering didn't get hot like it should have, the ac would make weird noises, and the elevator sounding like it was going to break at any moment.

The only thing we liked about our stay was the size of the room and the bed was decent. And the price was good for our stay one of the main reason we picked this one.
