The exteriors of the buildings are very bland and outdated. The pool wasn't the cleanest I've seen but it wasn't horrible. The finish work in our room (ei. caulking, paint patches, etc) was abhorrent. There was a large disgusting stain on the side of the armchair. Our bathtub was dripping incessantly and the floor of the tub was grossly stained because of it. Our window was filthy. The other half of our family staying 2 rooms away from us had a much better shower and their fireplace produced real fire and warmed the room quickly, whereas ours was fake and electric and didn't produce much heat out of it's electric heater at all. So we felt cheated. The floorboard in the room right above mine and my girlfriend's heads was loud and squeaky so we kept hearing it all morning whenever the people upstairs would move around while we were trying to sleep. The tv in our families room had issues on multiple occasions where we had to unplug the cable box and restart it.

The location is beautiful. The indoor pool is a nice size. The beds are very comfortable and clean. The beach is easily accessible for fully mobile guests. The ocean view from our room was incredible.

Beautiful location and view from the cheerful room. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed access to the beach from the property. Waiter in the restaurant was very nice and the food was very good!

Room had blood on the wall from syringe use and several dead knats stuck to bathroom wall. Water pressure in shower was weak.

The breakfast in the restaurant was not good especially for the price. Also wish the pool was warmer.

Not super clean, the room was very dusty and had random dead bugs and cobwebs stuck to the walls. The hot tub was a bit green (although nice and hot) and while the pool itself was clean, the whole pool area was pretty run down and the bathroom/changing area was pretty gross.

Loved the ocean view and fireplace in the room. Bed was comfortable. The jacuzzi tub in the room was nice, although half of the jets didn't work. Pool was very refreshing, great temperature.

Besides being given a room that was not like the room we booked, we were supposedly in an "all adult area" but the people above us stomped constantly from the time they arrived until they left...every night until at least 2:00 a.m. The restaurant and bar were nice to have on the premises but they lacked HEAT and ambiance other than the view. It is very unpleasant to eat in a freezing room!

The view was spectacular! We booked a room with 2 beds in the main area, but when we arrived we were given a room with one bed in the main area and one in a separate room, which had no view and no tv. They accommodated us by letting us switch rooms although it still wasn't the "room" that we felt we had booked but it worked out fine. The staff were all very nice and friendly...particularly Allana in the bar!

A bath stopper that was easier to stop up the water would have helped. The mattress was lumpy on the side I slept on. Definitely needed to be replaced. People don’t like lumpy mattresses.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. It was super hard. A pillow topper would have been nice. The room was kind of cold also.
