our room didn’t have a phone in it and the tv wasn’t working correctly… which only mattered cause we had small children with us… but they did come and fix the tv

The property needs a deep clean and some touch up work. That being said, we realize that the coastal environment makes it tough to stay on top of necessary maintenance. This is such a great location I hope that upkeep will be a priority.

This is a beautiful location and the staff is friendly and helpful. Considering the view, right on the coast, this is a great value.

The internet wasn't strong enough for us to use our Roku stick. We had to use our mobile hotspot in the room. EVERYTHING is an extra charge - late checkout, using the coffee K-cups in the room, etc. Who charges for coffee in the room? The fireplace was a let-down.

the bad smell at the entrance of the sauna, which no one took care of after I mention to caretaker of the pool.

We were told we were going to have a Corner Room and when we got down there they said there weren't any available although there was an empty one on the left side of us the whole time so it wasn't too happy about that

it could use some renovations. Everything looked like it was from the 90s. the paint was chipping off areas.

last day there at restaurant, we waited over 40 minutes for our breakfast. A table that arrived and ordered well after we placed our order, got their food a good 10 minutes before we did. The staff barely acknowledged the delay with a brief apology of being busy.

Location and view were awesome. Hotel bar is cute and quaint, and bartender Joe is awesome. Room is spacious but furniture isn't very comfortable. Restaurant food is pretty good.

The view from the restaurant and rooms is beautiful. nice also having the restaurant, saves a lot of hassle.

I was cold. For the weather in February, the baseboard heat hardly worked and the fireplace wasn't cutting it. There was a very light comforter on the bed and no extra blankets. The room needs a thorough cleaning. The Keurig didn't work and was coated with thick dust on the back. The hair dryer was awkwardly placed so you could hardly get it to reach your head.

The view cannot be beat. The ocean is right outside your window and you have absolute privacy. The room is very spacious and at first glance has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and pillows are plentiful.

Great ocean view. Restaurant and bar were good. We had a room with fireplace. The "fireplace" was one of the electric types. It did produce warmth and the multi-color "flames" provided ambience. We enjoyed it while watching a movie in our room (DVDs available in lobby) with microwave popcorn (also available in lobby).

The people above us were very loud until 4am stomping around. Next time if we stay we will request an upper level room to avoid the noise as the walls are very thin. Hot water pressure needs major improvements. We could barely wash off in the shower with warm water and I was bummed I couldn’t use the bath as almost no water came out of the tub Faucet.

The room was very tidy and clean! View was perfect of the ocean.

Basic upkeep. A little run down, a little paint would do the trick! Also our room only had one trash can in the main living room. Would have been nice to have one in the bathroom. Awkward to have to carry personal care items out to the trash in the kitchenette!
