It was a lot of money for a place that was nothing but a place to sleep. It reminded me of a truck stop motel.

The TV didn’t work, but I managed to fix it. There was no refrigerator. The portable A/C unit was very hard to work.

The beds made a lot of noise every time anyone moved. Seemed like air beds. None of us got a good nights sleep.

when they remodeled the rooms it appears that they used some low quality furnishings, there is no moving air at all in the room, and parking was limited (because of the snow).

I liked location and that it wasn’t an outrageous price for a Saturday night.

Fireplace fan kept stopping and making noise, bathroom heat lamp burned out. Found garbage from prior tenant. Given one physical key. No staff on hand to deal with an entire family running up and down the walkways shouting at each other and letting the dogs go play in the parking lot at one of the clock in the morning.

It is so dated! The shower is so dirty, and we had broken blinds! We had to cover the blinds with clothes. I can't believe we paid a resort fee for this one...

We did not take showers there at the shower was really not clean to our standards. Also it will definitely was not worth what I paid for it I was expecting a nice fancy room with the refrigerator microwave nice clean blankets instead of dingy white blankets and pillow cases and a nice clean shower instead of a dirty bottom shower.

The hotel was in a very nice location and the bed was outstanding that was the best part of the room was the bed.

There is no breakfast provided. The only coffee available was the mediocre stuff in the room, and only a single small cup at that. There was an ice machine available, but it dumped into a chest that you needed to scoop from on your own as there was no scoop or bucket available. With COVID concerns among many travelers, this should not have been. Parking was barely adequate for the number of rooms.

The location is close to other resorts and the main highway.

the bed wasn't comfortable at all had complaints of the people next door and the office closed called the number nobody answer so if you need something theirs no way to reach them until 4pm

I was placed in a room with a door leading directly to the next room which was kind of awkward. The remote for the small tv didn't work. The sheets for the bed were very minimal, one fitted sheet and a duvet only. No additional amenities like a microwave or hairdryer. Deadbolt didn't function from outside.
