You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

A little run down and they had a air conditioner that was connected to the front window and it was very noisy. Bathroom sink was clogged and needed update really bad. Cheapest room in the area. Oh Ya there is a little patio outside to enjoy the stars.

United States of Americano microwave, no fridge, the person in charge is not there until 4:00 in the afternoon, so don't arrive earlier, the day of my stay there was construction around them they occupied the parking lot, so we don't have a option.

The only issue was the AC would automatically turn on and off to keep the temp and it would wake me up all night. I am a very light sleeper so may not be a big deal for others.

It’s walking distance to dining and the lake. The man who helped us check in was very nice.

United States of AmericaTHE PARKING LOT WAS SMALL AND THERE WERENT MANY PLACES TO PARK. THE OFFICE HOURS WERE ODD, THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED IN THE MORNING AROUND CHECK OUT TIME AND WHEN WE WENT TO CHECK IN WE HAD TO WAVE DOWN THE OFFICE PERSON.
THE STAFF WAS AMAZING AND HELPFUL. THE ROOM WAS PERFECT SIZE FOR WHAT WE NEEDED. THE LOCATION WAS GREAT, WALKING DISTANCE TO ALL THE THINGS WE NEEDED AND WANTED, THE LITTLE GRASS AREA WAS PERFECT FOR OUR FAMILY TO RELAX AND PLAY IN.

United States of AmericaIt would be great if there was a small refrigerator in the room. The television was stuck on a channel that was only in Spanish. There were two remote controls and they both did not work. No worries though. I had a great stay.
Check in was amazing. I felt very welcomed. It was like seeing a friend when I checked in. The room was quaint. You can tell they are really trying to make it a lovely destination.

United States of AmericaThe property was under construction for a renovation while we stayed there which was not mentioned when we booked this room. There were a lot of incomplete areas outside our room that were unsafe. There was no working AC in our room and there were some carpet repairs that were not finished in our room. The carpet was pulled up near the transitions from carpet to tile and nails were sticking through the carpet in those areas. We had to our something down to not step on the nails coming through. Overall cleanliness was pretty good and bed were comfortable, but the room was over priced for state of the hotel and room.
The location was very close to heavenly village.
