Fridge was leaking so had to wait for maintenance, but wasnt too bad!

I don't have much to say that was bad. The facility shows some signs of age, but that would be expected due to its close proximity to the beach. There was a period when the door to the garage was broken, but we were able to access the parking through alternate doors.

There was a lovely member of the staff who was warm and welcoming to us and made us feel at home. The location was fabulous, especially with kids. Close to food, attractions and the beach. It was easy to get in and out quickly. The pool was wonderful. It was great to have a little kitchen. We were able to prepare our own meals or bring home carryout and watch the waves on the beach from our table in our room -- an absolute treat!

Outside the hotel on the boardwalk someone was playing saxophone for the two whole days we were there, sleeping was not going to happen if you wanted a nap.

Our room was tiny. For a company that wants to recuit business it was disappointing. Old hotel being renovated.

The restaurant for the hotel was closed. We did find beer tops inside the pull out couch bed.

Location was great. View of the ocean was great. Kids loved the pool and hot tub . Staff was friendly. Hotel was remodeling during our stay but nothing of inconvenience.

We noticed a gap between the table and wall. Upon further inspection, it seems as though the table was supposed to be drilled to the wall and may have been damaged. I'm not quite sure, but we notified Tiara and sent an email to the resort to make sure that we wouldn't be at fault for something that happened before we got there. Aside from that, everything was great!

Came here for a getaway to reset and was able to do exactly that! Staff was super nice and we had a smooth and easy check in. Beautiful view! Absolutely loved the room. It does have a lot of windows but I didn't mind. I just couldn't stop looking at the water!

Problems with being charged three times. It was refunded but not sure if it was booking or hotels fault and took several attempts to rectify.

Floors in room were gritty and could have used a mopping. Off season caused hotel’s restaurant to be closed.

Some of the equipment was dated. We had a hike planned months in advance. We were leaving at around 9 AM but there was a parade outside, we asked the front desk "how do we get out?" they replied "you can't but check with the cops on the street". The cops said "the parade is scheduled until 3 PM." We felt like the hotel should have told us in advance about this parade preventing us from leaving in our own car. If we were checking out our way back would have been completely ruined.

Great location, clean facilities, way larger than expected and fully equipped. It felt like a timeshare and it was close to everything plus the parking was on site. Awesome pool and hot tub

The sales pitch. Beware that upon check in they will send you to a concierge to try to talk you into sitting for a time share sales pitch the next morning. It was going to be 90 minutes long. We were leaving early so fortunately we could not stay for that. We just wanted to get to our room after a long drive and this made us uncomfortable.

An old hotel that tried to be something it’s not. It’s not a resort by a long shot. It’s a hotel with a great pool and gym. There’s a restaurant on-site. The “amenities” are toys and games to sign out and movie night in the room. The kitchenette in the studio included a set of utensils for two, a bottle opener, cutting board and knives. Not amenable for meal prep more than microwaving or toasting.

The staff were excellent in that they were attentive, friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect. Interior parking spaces.
