Great location, a 20minute walk to Asbury Park, where there are the bars and restaurants. Very cute, historical neighborhood, one block from the beach. Inn was clean and nicely decorated with a couple of outdoor seating sections on the outdoor decks, which would be nice for summer or early fall. Video games, board games and books available. Smart TV in the room. Free breakfast, which was delicious. They have a mini fridge in the rooms, and plates and microwave available in the main dining area and water for sale(cash only). Keith was super helpful and came quickly when we texted him we had arrived. Door locks after midnight and a code is available if you arrive after that time. The husband and I have talked about returning for the summer!

Did not like the price we paid through Booking.com. We paid more than twice the amount that we would have paid if we went directly to the front desk of the inn. We are very upset and will NEVER use booking.com again!!! We were ripped off!

The only thing that we didn't like was the size of our room. It was truly tiny. It fit a full size bed a three drawer dresser and a small refrigerator with a freezer. There was an attached bathroom that had a sink and shower and was likely bigger than the bedroom. We would love to stay there again but would choose a bigger room.

By far, the best thing about this property was the proprietors, Kelsey and Joe. They were amazing. Friendly, informative, easy going, attentive, and they put their hearts into serving their customers. They certainly did everything they could to make us comfortable and we felt like family. Joe is an excellent cook and Kelsey created nice touches like fruit infused water and home made cookies.

Understandably, parking in Ocean Grove is challenging and expected. We needed to park the car about 6 blocks away on a Sunday, but weather was good and the walk was engaging in the heart of Victorian shore town.

The Inn was so comfortable - not fussy and formal; yet had all the ambience that gives an Inn all things that a guest would want. Breakfast was incredible, delicious, served in such a relaxed atmosphere.

My only problem was th TV coveerage in Room 6. The staff fixed the signal but I still could not get standard channels, only ROKU starting at 550! I think I could not communicate what I needed but still. And a weekend with silence was nice so this might only be double checked for the next guest.

Our room was a bit small for the steep price. The beach access is not free and the badges are sold on a daily basis - not 24 hours.

We loved Ocean Grove community, the inn is a couple of blocks from the boardwalk/beach and the neighborhood is full of historic houses: no big hotels, etc. The owners are very hands-on and go out of their ways to be welcoming. The breakfast is over the top. The room was clean.

The owners and their staff went above and beyond making guests feel comfortable. Breakfast which included homemade breads, muffins, a specialty egg sandwich, and other traditional breakfast favorites were all amazing. They offered onsite rentals of everything needed for a beach day. On top of all this, every evening they left out homemade cookies for a sweet treat. Our stay was excellent and would return again.

The one small thing was that the bed was a little too soft, and it made it difficult to turn or get out of bed. However, I think it,s more about what kind of mattress you usually sleep on, and one other small thing is there were no glasses in the room.

The staff was exceptional, and the room was very clean. We had a very nice breakfast of Fench toast and eggs and potatoes. Most other hotels only offer cereal and muffins. We were waited on in a lovely air-conditioned dining room.

The room was a little small; however, it was clean and pretty and had a wonderful bathroom shower. The room was accessed up 2 sets of steep/narrow stairs which was fine for us but might not be for certain guests.

Lovely Inn with the most hospitable, friendly hosts! Such a quaint space and phenomenal rooftop deck! The breakfast was incredible; the chef's daily creations were innovative and delicious. Its location a couple of blocks from the beach can't be beaten!
