“The location was perfect for us. The Allenhurst is only a few blocks from Ocean Grove's boardwalk, a few blocks from the famed Auditorium and the tent city, and a few blocks from downtown. A grocery store was around the corner. We always found on-street parking, but it was off-season. We liked having a kitchen available, and a free washing machine/dryer was just down the hall.”
“Room was clean but basic. Nice bed, good mattress and nice pillows. Bathroom and shower were solid. A fridge was provided which is fine for drinks and basics. WiFi was okay but with some occasional dropped connections. Water and coffee machine in the common room downstairs, free of charge.”
