Rooms are small but this hotel is still priced competitively if you want to be close to the beach. Very nice breakfast with several hot options. They provide beach towels and discounted beach passes.

Some guests brought a poorly behaved toddler. Breakfast on the porch was lovely unless he was there.

Great location to walk to the gorgeous beach, walk into town, or walk down the boardwalk. Beach towels are available in the cupboard, and the have a basket just outside the front door after use. Guest room 11 had a queen and twin on the second floor adjacent to the breakfast area. Did not have a problem with that. Room was clean, refrig, ceiling fan, little coffee maker. Continental breakfast also had scrambled eggs, and more. Lovely mother and daughter duo worked that. Be sure to tip them and the housekeeping staff well. They do a nice job.

The beds were comfy but a little too soft for my taste.

The place is darling! So creature comfy, accommodating and clean. The rooms are small but you’re not here to spend time in the room. The walk to the beach is only 1 block and you can see the beach from the hotel. The breakfast is delicious and they even put out chocolates at the front desk at nighttime! I truly enjoyed my stay here and will be coming back!

A very pleasant and enjoyable stay. The breakfast was the best. I stayed in five different hotels during my trip on the east coast and none came even close to the breakfast at the Ocean Plaza Hotel. Location was excellent - sandwiched between the Auditorium and the Boardwalk. The room was small but delightful. Very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The staff was pleasant and professional - but friendly and personable. I'd stay there again without a second thought.

Upgrades to bathroom needed. Difficult carrying luggage upstairs for older guests. Room was dark. Window not useable due to construction on porch.

Awesome location to public square and public beach. Nice front open seating and porch access. Best lodging breakfasts of our travels! Well done Chip and team. Vicky was most helpful and informative about the area. Loved the friendly staff and atmosphere. Enjoyed meeting and chatting with Betty too.

part of the charm is the building, which is also a bear to heat on all floors. the staff tried, but our room which would be perfect in any conditions other than freezing winter, was just cold.

There were flies in the lobby all the time, the breakfast porch also had flies and some of the food was uncovered. Breakfast was not as expected, food was cut in half and not worth it. The room had a fly and were not as clean as they should be, I dropped something behind the bed and found a pillow and lots of dust. The bathroom had hair on the walls and ceiling. The room was really small and there were two queen beds in there.
