The breakfast was just Meh. There was a child’s swimsuit hanging in the bathroom when we checked it. When we brought it to the front, there wasn’t any “I’m so sorry” or “what can I do to make it better”. The room did not match the aesthetic of the building, which isn’t a deal breaker at all, just an observation.

The exterior is very cute! The sink is outside the bathroom, which is really great for families. Beds were comfortable.

The outside doors to get into the different buildings were unlocked. You were supposed to use the hotel key card to open the doors. So anyone could walk right in.

Hard pillows. AC falling out of wall. Window left open upon arrival so it was so hot but cooled quickly. Tile in bathroom needed re grouted as it was broken up in several spots.

The pillows weren't super comfortable and the bed wasn't either. The pools were FREEZING and my little girl couldn't swim.

The game room. The rooms are pretty clean but they do have carpet. The rooms are nice and big with a table to eat at.

The facilities are a bit tired. The bathroom had a loose tile (wobbled) and the tub floor creaked when you were in it. Not a major problem.

Value for money. The beds were great, good fridge, great breakfast.

I really like this is one of the best places I have stayed in. The amount of stuff offered like a game room, 2 pools, 2 spa's, and a full breakfast with really good food. Will be staying again.

We are not a hot breakfast fan so the pastry selection could be better. We liked the cinnamon rolls on Friday but took them back to the room to heat them up. Surprised there was no microwave in the breakfast room.

The room location was horrible. It’s across from the laundry so sleeping past 6am was not possible. Plus the pool and arcade was a couple doors down so it was very noisy at odd hours. Some guy with a Corvette backed up to the window and would rev up the car so loud that we couldn’t hear each other talk.

The breakfast was good much better than most hotels. The pool and jacuzzi was nice.

The shower floor on the top level was extremely creeky and loud to step around in for any person. Only 1 wash rag in the room…didn’t discover until after late night to the pool. The free soap and conditioner bin was almost empty in the shower. Used the shampoo for body and hair. It would be nice if they designated a smoke area to avoid, so arriving guests don’t have to get blasted smelling in going in and out.

The location is perfect…easy to quickly get to places. And, the breakfast was fantastic and delicious! Hats off to this place for also serving breakfast to their staff. Breakfast staff was very nice, also. And, loved that they keep the pool and hot tub area open until midnight. This is nice for guests from out-of-town who are enjoying outside events until late, but would still like to return to enjoy the pool facilities. Also, love that it’s a smoke-free hotel.

Bathroom in room too small, breakfast room was ok had air on so it blew right on food and people ,it was cold and rainy and cooled food down fast. Not much choice for fruit,mainly oranges, no apples or bananas.

Only issues I had were the beds were not very comfortable. But isn’t that the fun of staying in a hotel and being on vacation? it’s not about getting the best nights sleep it’s about the experience which was amazing!

I love the location and overall aesthetic of the hotel! It was an amazing experience and would most highly consider coming back for another stay!

The bed was very uncomfortable and was almost like an air mattress. You couldn't lay on one side without it raising the opposite side.
