Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bed was uncomfortable. The mattress had a huge dip in the middle. Some of the staff was not very friendly.

The hot breakfast was terrible. We were given free vouchers which I"m glad because I would have been upset if I had to pay for it. I was also overcharged for my room with a promise that I would get a phone call from a manager who would fix it. I waited four days and then I called them myself. The staff member I spoke with over the phone did fix the overcharge.
The beds and pillows were amazing. The rooms were very clean.

The pool was very small and the hot tub was out of order. As big as the hotel is, there are ALOT of people that frequent the pool. Way to small in my opinion
I liked that they had the coffee shop, restaurant, and bar on site.

Why did you build this at the bottom of a mountain!?!? Almost need climbing gear to get out to my truck. But if you park around back it’s down hill so it’s not to bad.
Breakfast was surprisingly good for a Buffett. No offense sometimes Buffetts are bad. Staff at breakfast looked at me like I was crazy for ordering a Bloody Mary, it was 7:00 am so I wasn’t mad lol vacation ya know

The only complaint i have is I ask all two of the three night stay for housekeeping and housekeeping never came .

On Wednesday morning I went to check the outdoor pool. It was dirty. I could not get in it! I do have a video of it. I did report it to the front desk but was told it had been cleaned already that morning. I don’t think it had been cleaned. The day after was Thursday, the day I check out and I did go look at the pool, it had been cleaned. Nice for the next people staying at least. I won’t go back and I won’t recommend it either. So let based on a dirty pool.

For the price that we paid for the King suite on the 9th floor of this hotel was very outdated and uncomfortable. The plaster on the ceiling in the bedroom was peeling/falling off and had waterstains, the carpet was old and worn out, the mattess was very old and dated and the furniture in the living room had stains and was very uncomfortable and outdated. This hotel needs an update and some TLC. The staff at checkin was super nice it wasnt a awful stay it just wasnt what we expected. We paid over $300 for 2 nights and just thought the room would be comfortable and luxurious.

This hotel is busy! That is good for them, but that means there is a lot of hustle and bustle and foot traffic. The beds were soft for my taste.
The staff at Thousand Hills is phenomenal! From the front desk, to wait staff at the shops and restaurants, and especially the room attendants--all were fine n, smiling, and professional. The location is in the thick of the Theater District. But honestly, you don't even have to leave the hotel because there is so much available "in house."

The breakfast. We paid for the breakfast to be included and the breakfast was not good. They served the same thing for the 3 days we were there and it was very limited.

Deep cleaning of the mold around the shower fixtures would be nice.
The staff were so nice, helpful, & seemed to like their jobs. Only the lady who checked us in was not as friendly. The food in the restaurant was excellent & we ate theire2 evenings & enjoyed the breakfast buffet 3 mornings. If you needed something such as linens or toiletries, they were quick to bring replacements to the room.

The payment arrangement. .some had vouchers, some paid cash. I paid cash and it was confusing for the staff to bring a ticket.
I liked the breakfast especially the egg casserole. Good coffee!
